This place was recommended to me.
Now I don’t have to go to the post office.
They do what the post office, ups, fed ex, and DHL does.
I definitely recommend doing business here!!!

A few times I have gone in there, the younger gal has been rude and condescending. This time it was the older one. I needed something mailed and I wanted it taped up and sealed before I left. She didn't. Very shady if you ask me. If the letter doesn't get there, I'll know what happened to it. It would have taken 2 seconds to tape it up before I left.
Hahaha you didn't say that you would seal it later. I don't lick envelopes. You should have sealed it right when I was there. It's suspicious not to. BTW, you're crazy. I was NOT yelling as I was leaving. It takes 2 seconds to tape it up. All these bad reviews can't be wrong. It's a wonder you have a business at all.

I just went to ship a USPS package with a QR code from eBay at this store. I walked in to an empty store with four employees sitting around doing nothing. One of the ladies asked me how she could help me and I told her I had a box to ship and that I had a QR code. She proceeded to tell me that they couldn't help me with QR code because those have to go to UPS store. And they asked me if I knew where the UPS store was. I said it's a USPS postal package. So then she asked me to see the QR code cuz they might be able to help me. After all. After showing them the QR code they were able to pull up my label and print it. And then she told me I was lucky because that was the one QR code that they were able to deal with. So we proceed to the register and while another employee is taping my full sheet label to my box, she rings me up and tells me my total is $2.57. I asked what that was for. She told me that that was for the printing of the label and the taping it to the box. I could not believe my ears. I have been selling eBay for several years and I have been a mail clerk before for many years and I have never in my life heard of a shipping business charging for printing the label and taping it to the box. Needless to say I will not be going back to this business for my shipping needs. Not only were they ready to send me away before they even knew what I needed, they then charged me before telling me what the charges were for. I'm surprised this business is still operating if they treat everybody like this.

I visited this location a few weeks ago looking to send paperwork to Lisbon, Portugal via DHL as recommended by the receiver. When asking for that service at this location, the worker immediately told me that I didn't want DHL because it was too expensive. I repeated that DHL was recommended and after multiple arguments, she agreed to ship it DHL, just to tell me 'The address shows as invalid so I can't ship it.' In a hurry, I finally agreed to ship Fedex.
Fast forward to today, where I visited the DHL office at the airport, with the SAME type of paperwork and the SAME address, which was quickly accepted and approved.
I will not be returning to this store for any of my shipping needs.
