First time buying a unit from this facility. It was an exceptionally smooth and hassle-free process. I was helped by Tracie, she's wonderful. I needed an extra day to clean the unit out because something came up, and she extended me another day at no extra charge. Great customer service. I'll most definitely be giving this place my business in the future. Thanks!!!
