Everything was working fine before the manager Cristal arrived. After her arrival, the service was terrible. She sent the wrong parts, the delivery took many hours. She didn't know what she was doing, and someone still went to deliver the parts and said that she was learning. Since she's been there for over a month, she's still learning. I think she's in a position that doesn't correspond to her. In addition, she doesn't know, and she has intervened to fire employees who do know their job. Terrible treatment with that manager Cristal. 👎

I called today to see if they could help me put in my battery after I purchase it from this location and the man said yes so I drove 20 mins out for him to tell me he can’t do it because there’s only he and another young man in store.. (sounded like he is being lazy to do so) I’ll never be coming here again! Bad service and very disappointing

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE since when is browsing during STORE HOURS considered a nuisance to the employees??? Specifically this one lady who LOUDLY said “ why this person still in here ?” Like I don’t know maybe because I’m deciding on what to get ??? Maybe I would ask for help if she wasn’t so rude and rolling her eyes at me . She even went as far as to publicly humiliate me telling me to put MY HANDS UP essentially ACCUSING ME OF STEALING. Corporate should be aware that management is failing.

All autozones have same policy worst customer service!! So I got my wallet stolen out of my car at work so I had to get new cards and such.. well I had a part that I needed to return so when I went to return the part I was told I could only get in store credit because I didn't have the original card. I get that they are trying to cut down on theft and such but how is it my fault I got my stuff stolen from me and I'm returning a part that doesn't work so I obviously need the part that will and need money to do such if thier part didn't work what's in store credit going to do for me I need my car fixed maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't sound like good customer service when you can't help a customer that's in need. I'll never shop at autozone again cause they care more about money than thier customers

I went to buy a fuse for my car radio, there was half an aisle with nothing but fuses I didn't know what I needed in regards to the size or the amp. It was very confusing looking at all the different fuses with the different amounts different sizes different amps, no one greeted me when I came in and no one came up to offer any help. I just left without purchasing anything because I didn't want to buy a package of fuses for $30 that I didn't know we're going to work or not for me. I'm not sure if that's their standard of customer service help or interaction but it is in my opinion below standard to me as a customer not knowing anything about the part I needed.

I took my battery into autozone to be charged and checked if it would hold a charge. I went because I was told at o reily that it needed replaced but I didn’t trust them because they were treating me different because I was a woman. I could tell. But autozone treated me amazing, and charged my battery. Tested it and said it was fine and saved me $200. I am very grateful for them. :)

Came in the store on Saturday April 27th and needed wiper blades. Those guys were super helpful. They helped me pick out the blades and even installed them. Great customer service

I went to have them test and charge my dead battery and the tester said it was good but it wasn't they also helped diagnose my faulty transmission A clutch actuator but couldn't buy the part there or at any other parts store so nothing bad on AutoZone I had to buy the part on Amazon and luckily my battery was still under warranty so I got it replaced for free and my car was back to normal but don't trust the battery tester my battery tested 100% and it definitely wasn't to say the least but other than that the crew is helpful and professional for the most part it's hard to find parts for newer cars in these stores so keep in mind if you ever need replacement parts that are particular to your newer model of vehicle
