EXCELLENT customer service!! I placed an online order for in store pick up, they do not offer curbside pick up. When I arrived to pick up my order my grandson had fallen asleep. I called the store to see if they would mind bringing my order out to my car and they did!! Not only is my grandson sleeping it’s 8 degrees outside 🥶. The employee delivered my order to my car with a smile and very polite ❤️❤️❤️. Thank you!!

Always a pleasant visit to any of their locations. This was my first time in this one. It was a convenient stop on the way back from Sam's Club. It's really easy to just get in and out. The parking lot for the center is a bit tedious, but the store is amazing, and everyone is friendly. Their displays make it simple to find what you're looking for. Always clean and well organized. If you can't find what you want in store, their website most likely has it. Had some incredible new scents, as well.

Absolutely horrible customer service interaction after making a $280 purchase. I had brought in a $8 plug in to exchange that I recently purchased & it spewed the oil out the bottom. I understood what happened because I’ve purchased a defective one previously. I was told by a very rude loud guy behind the counter that I needed an original receipt. After I explained I just wanted an exchange he adamantly told me I needed the original receipt & if I didn’t like that answer I should go to another store. I told him I didn’t carry around every paper receipt & I’d just go. I’ve never experienced the brass & abrasive attitude here before & it was uncalled for. The woman behind me set her basket down in line & said I won’t shop here with him like that. She walked out with me.

On a special occasion in my life, I received a gift set of Thousand Wishes.
Since then I have known bath & body works.
I really like their aromatherapy combo, as I love the smell of lavender.
Besides, it is quite difficult to select from their innumerable collection of perfumes.
But Gingham Glow perfume,
Smells like Tuberose flower(known as Rajnigandha flower in Bangladesh), which was irresistible for me.
Also like Brightest Bloom, Gingham, coco shea, Honeycomb, Mahogany teakwood.
They have so many self care items.
Especially, there is nice gift collection for "Stranger things" lovers. Their friendly behavior towards customers is truly heart warming.

Cashier lady was extremely rude today. Her tone was inappropriate as I was spending over $100. Very disappointing. I may have to drive to west side to get good service. The other lady walking the floor was kind.
