Had a very rude encounter today with a lady when checking out. She was getting frustrated making rude comments when I asked why my total was different the it should’ve been with the $1 sale today. She kept making comments under her breath about “idk why the total is why it is” she finally gave me total I handed her $10 and she SNATCHED it from me. I told her, “please don’t snatch from me that’s rude” her I didn’t catch her name. But her cashier: on my receipt is 3940294 and I also recorded her sono do have proof of her unprofessional behavior Bath and body needs to fire her

Great Black Friday Gift deal this year. Only $40 when you spend $40 or more. ❤️ What a great looking bag full of Pure Wonder items. I hope my Secret Santa loves this scent as much as I do. Pure Wonder is one of my favorites! The buy 3, get 3 included ALL store items when I visited. This was amazing. I bought a few Christmas gifts, stocked up on a few of my favorites and found the perfect gift for my secret Santa this year, all in my favorite store. I can't wait to find out what new candle scents are coming out this December! Crossing my fingers for the candle scents, INTO THE NIGHT and FAIRYTALE!!

Came pretty late during a big holiday reset and all the girls working were smiling, friendly, and helpful. Crystal lead me around the store while we smelled our favorite scents and I left with a couple new favorites! Appreciate the hard work these gals are doin!

I love treating myself to body sprays and body washes from here. Candles are good too, I’ve just not bought many lately since they can be toxic to pets and can create buildup on walls.Love their car freshener oils as well but they seem to lose their scent quickly.Recently they started selling cardboard box refillable hand soaps, which I’m so excited about! They’re such a steal compared to the plastic hand soap dispensers. I have multiple glass soap dispensers and I’ve been buying plain soap from the grocery store so I’m glad to go back to B&BW soaps with their refill cartons!
