We took our dog in for what appeared to be a UTI.. Dr. Parsons examined him and immediately sent him for x-rays thinking he had a mass in his abdomen. She explained he did have an inoperable mass pushing on his colon and his kidneys and was put on palliative care and we were told he had just a few weeks to live. We started him on the antibiotic and within a week he was better and continued to get better even though she prescribed pain medicine to keep him comfortable, which we did purchase but did not need. They never followed up with us following the visit to check on him. We recently took him to another vet and they told us there was no mass in his abdomen after looking at the same X-ray. , and that he was healthy . As you can imagine, the grief we went through was overwhelming. I also have cancer so that added to the grief I was already experiencing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Herndon is amazing! She is really good at explaining the veterinary needs my dog or cats may have. She is also gentle and patient when my "perfect little angels" let their halos slip ;-)

Care is fine. Be sure to get second opinions when coming here. Took our cat elsewhere for 1/4 of what we were quoted here for identical procedure.

The entire staff actually care about the well being of animals. Wonderful bed side manner. The definition of compassion. I would highly recommend this place to everyone !!

Dr. Herndon is friendly and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner for my dog. Pricey! But caught things 2 other vets didn't catch! And my dog was suffering because the others hadn't seen what Dr. H figured out.
