Easy to schedule service online. I dropped off my vehicle at the designated time and received a courtesy ride to work, no long waits or sitting around. Later, when the work was complete, they came and picked me up. Super convenient and fast.

I've been to Christian Brothers twice and both times they have been fantastic. You can immediately tell when you enter their door that they genuinely care about their customers. This second time was quite a bit more detailed and Anthony kept me updated through the entire process. He even called me the day after the work was completed to check to make sure everything was okay and to thank me for my business. A++++ business. I'm single and trusting that I won't get taken taken advantage of is very important to me. I feel very heard and comfortable with all their employees.

As someone in the automotive industry, I really hate leaving a negative review on any shop, but my experience with Christian Brothers has been mostly negative. Every major repair they've done to my car has resulted in repeat warranty trips, and my car is still experiencing issues that were supposed to be fixed with my last warranty return. They charged over $1000 to replace a caliper and brake line on my car due to the brake line failing. Shortly afterwards, the brake line burst again and went in for warranty. Shortly after that trip, the caliper failed and led to yet another warranty. Thinking it was due to faulty parts, I didn't think much about having them replace a heater hose that runs under my intake manifold when it started to leak, which cost almost $2000 to do. Just a few weeks later (about 2 weeks ago now), the hose let go while I was driving to work, leading to my car dumping all of its coolant under my intake. I had the car towed back to the shop, and a few days later they told me it was ready to go, no charge. I got to the shop and started the car up, and it was immediately obvious that it was idling terribly. Without even being a mechanic myself, I recognized the issue was a massive vacuum leak, most likely from them not seating the manifold properly or something similar. I waited for close to an hour while a team of techs poked around trying to figure it out. They eventually got it figured out and I took the car back, but I just noticed yesterday that the car is slowly loosing coolant again, and isn't staying cool at idle. I'm really torn right now because I don't really have the money to have another shop tear it all apart and redo it all again, but I also don't want to keep spending days without my car having the work redone. It costs me $60 a day to use Lyft to get back and forth to work while my car is down, and having to return multiple times has cost me quite a bit, even when the repair itself was covered under warranty. The shop has great customer service and communication (which is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1), but the constant returns and failed repairs have been a huge headache and cost me quite a bit.
