Went in for upgrade and I was given a phone that was not a 5G and had less storage than what I had before when I went to take it back I was told by customer service that I had 14 days and the store said I only had seven so I went for an upgrade and got it downgrade and spent $100 for it in all then they wanted to charge me to get another phone. I was told the phone had 64 GB of data and it only had 32 and that it was a 5G and it was only a 4G.

I brought my son into this store to add a line onto mine for him. Kaden helped the process go so smoothly! He was very thorough in his explanation of the phone features and comparisons! He talked to us in a way we (me) could clearly understand! He was really nice and my son is very happy with his awesome phone!! ⭐️ A win for mom!!
