Not even one start, but I had to give them one to be able to post my review. Horrible experience, unorganized and they don’t know what they are doing. I received a call Monday 12/4/23 about scheduling a delivery time for a living room set. Leona I think was the girl that I talked to to and she told me they were going to deliver Tuesday 12/5/23 between 10-2pm and I didn’t go to work because I had to wait for them. I called them in the morning to confirm and they said yes we are delivering today, I called again around 1pm and the lady told me again that they were going to deliver at 2pm that they were in route and that they were going to call me around 1:30pm to let me know they were on their way. I waited until 3pm and I called back again and whoever I talked to told me that they were not going to delivered today and I asked why no one told me when I had called earlier twice and I had not even go to work. He said he didn’t know, he also said that he didn’t know when my order was going to be delivered, he didn’t even know if this company was going to deliver or a different company, he said that a third party company had not paid them to deliver the living room when I did pay extra for the delivery.He could not tell me why someone had contacted me the day before either and they could not help me at all even though they have my lining room set.Don’t believe them when they call you!!!

When I review something I rarely give the top score. That is unless it is truly deserved. If I were rating our shipment and driver yesterday on a score of 1 out 510. You and he would get a solid 5! We received the shipment very fast. Your driver (Partrick) was well dressed, smart, personable, and conscientious. We received a call the day of delivery from the driver to verify where he was to deliver our package. He was 2 miles away and If he had trusted only GPS our package would have been delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate him noticing that something was not right and using the phone to verify. Kudos for hiring such a wonderful employee. Thank you. This is the first time we have ever dealt with Estes. Our delivery was Thur. Jun 15, 2023.

These are some awesome people! Extremely fast shipping, very polite, and punctual. The package came in undamaged. The driver was was clean, well dressed, very polite, and made it extremely helpful to deal with the delivery of an item I had ordered. Estes thank you so much!

Driver was contracted through Home Depot for my delivery. Left my Order in the Middle of my driveway. Couldn't be bothered to Deliver it to my door. I paid for home delivery to have it brought up to my door. Instead we had to lift and drag and item to our doorstep. Looked my husband dead in the face while he was trying to get it done.

If I could give zero stars I would. I started a commercial account with Estes and the first shipment was a $3,000 diesel engine that they dropped from the back of the truck and ruined. I credited my customer and then issued a claim with Estes. In the process my customer issued a claim to try and get money back from me and the Estes. Estes approved his claim and paid him. Then they told me it was my responsibility to get the money from him even though I booked and paid for the freight through my account. Worst customer service you could imaging from Dusty and Regina. As a terminal manager Dusty should be ashamed of how he manages his business and the values he puts on the customer. The reviews say it all. Save yourself the time and cost and go with Old Dominion or others that value their customers.

Been using Estes for over two years, customer service and delivery times along with costs has always been a primary concern of ours. They communicate well and have assisted us with many shipments over the course of years we've gone exclusively through them. I would recommend Estes to anyone looking for a reliable and competitive LTL/FTL transportation company. They have helped our business grow and we look forward to our continued venture together.
