I sons had picked out 2 pairs of shoes and the associate said she’d hold them for 30mins. It was a Christmas present for my son and I didn’t want them to see me buy them so I sent my daughter. 5 minutes didn’t even pass when I daughter went in and they told her they put them back. When we went in the same associate was talking about us and pointing her finger to us to the other workers and customers. Never going back!! Worst experience ever. They even called security, it’s all good I got a way better experience and price from Scheels

This store doesn't answer the phone, most tshoe stores (i.e., finishline, champs, or journey's footwear)I've called several times and no answer. When I arrive to the store the are standing around looking at their feet.I ride the bus when I need transportation, so imagine wasting time going back and forth just for them to then do some work.I hope the manager will fix this issue.

Stopped by to grab a pair of shoes. I barely started looking and was asked if I needed help. After trying on two pair and realizing I needed a larger size, the sales associate let me know they didn’t have it, but Champs did. Outstanding service!

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max TNs to wear in my classroom a month ago and the paint started peeling on the veins. Took them in and they swapped them out no problem!!

I was in the mall today looking for shoes for my daughter. This was the first store I walked into and even though we didn’t buy anything, this was the only shoe store I walked into today where the employees actually greeted me and offered to help. We didn’t find anything my daughter liked in her size, but I would return for the customer service alone.

Better make sure that if you buy something you keep it because if you do a return you may never get your money and the staff do not care.
