The realtor who sold the house was Lori Newfer, My mom bought a house with her only to find out on the day we’re supposed to move that the house isn’t ready for someone to live in. They did the job the next day, but bottom line is all the things they said they would do they didn’t and the selfishness making everything seem like our fault.

I was recommended to Daniel Touchatt as a commercial real estate agent, so I decided to look into his background. However, I found conflicting information about his location, he’s listed as a Kansas-based agent but appears to be living in Florida. This made it unclear where he is actually conducting business, which raised some concerns for me.
When I reviewed Daniel’s social media, I was hoping to see professional content focused on real estate expertise, client success stories, or market insights. Instead, much of the content was centered on unrelated and questionable claims, which made it hard to gauge his credibility or focus on real estate.
Ultimately, I chose to work with someone else who was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely helpful. They prioritized understanding my needs and providing clear guidance, which gave me confidence in my decision.
My review reflects my disappointment with Daniel’s lack of focus on real estate and the contrast with the professionalism I found elsewhere. I would encourage anyone considering Daniel to carefully research and make sure his services align with their needs.

Thier realtor broke contract n refuses to return Ernest money ….trying to sell an un safe home …..contact her supposedly supervisor which yes stands behind her piss poor lieng realtor …..would NEVER use this realty company again !!!

Alex Ibarra has been exceptional. I asked for Mr. Ibarra assistance on finding a commercial building that was in the correct zoning that I needed. Not only did he help with that, he also took into account what I was looking for. He was extremely prompt with communicating with the landlords and myself to set up view times and constantly kept me informed. I highly recommend!
