I went into This store after previously never even knowing it existed and got something for my mom who has been going through a hard time lately and bought a necklace for her. It brought tears to her face coming from me but she absolutely loved it. The ladies that worked with me in creating this necklace were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a family member going through hard times and want to bring a tearful but happy smile to their face or just in general as a present/gift. If I could give them more stars I would.

Small cute store filled with the typical Kendra Scott jewelry. The staff is always polite and helpful. If you don't see what you want, ask, it's possible that they can make it for you. A fun store. Watch for sales and be sure and use your 50% off birthday coupon.

Thought it was better quality, got a ring and in just a couple months the stone fell out, they replaced it. But with a year of light wear, it started tarnishing and turned my finger green anytime I wore it

Went into the store by myself looking to purchase an item for a gift. I was in there for five minutes looking and no one cared to help me - I was also not greeted. I found a bracelet and was ready to check out, I stood at the checkout desk waiting for assistance and it took a minute and my direct eye contact for a single associate to help.

If I could give six stars i would I absolutely love Yanet, it was my first time in the store and she helped me around so much and made me feel so welcomed, she helped pick me out a pair of earrings for my birthday and her friend Jess was great and approved. Best experience ever now I can look super stylish for my birthday!! Thank you Yanet and Jess I feel so special!!

I went in to shop and see what they could do for a ring I bought less than a year ago. Even had the receipt. The ring had severely tarnished. They attempted to clean it but it did nothing. Told me since it was almost a year old they couldn’t do anything. Which tells me they don’t expect their jewelry to last a year. Regardless, took the same ring to a different Kendra Scott and they sent me a new replacement.
