I had L&M Auto Repair Install a new Crate Engine in my truck. It was a big job and they did a very thorough job installing it also through the process they kept me informed of the progress of the install and even sent some photos as it progressed. I am very pleased with their work and I will recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. They seemed honest and fair with me and that is what I look for in any business.

Communicate very well explaining everything in simple terms and they send you pictures of work needed so you can see and verify for yourself. If you need any auto repair go to L&M auto repair they know there vehicles.

My vehicle was needing a few routine maintenance things done to it. Upon inspection Taylor had noticed my rear brakes were in need of replacement. I told him I literally just had them replaced. Lo and behold the dealership out East that I took it to only did the RR side and not the LR side of my brakes.
Needless to say, E- - y’s won’t be getting my busy any longer, however, I will be a life long customer at L & M and I will be sure to spread the word and tell all of my friends where to go to get their cars serviced. Thank you again, L & M, I appreciate your honesty immensely and I highly recommend L & M to anyone looking for an honest auto repair shop.

Went to the dealership to get a oil change went to these guys to get a second opinion never taking my car back to the dealership because what the dealership said what was wrong with my car was totally opposite then what these guys said. Always trust your gut to get a second opinion. These guys are honest and fair.

Wonderful service! Quick same day turnaround time. I’ve driven 10 hours trips 4 times since the service and no complaints. We plan on taking my husbands car here for service next! They will continue to get our business.

My car warranty sent me here. My service brakes soon light was on.First time we had appointment and sit for 3 hours and still wasn't seen. Made appointment for following Monday and made it early so we'd be first, left car there. 415 they called and still didn't get to car. Tuesday they called me and said no light on they drove it nothing wrong even though we had our own code reader that said we have a brake master valve leak service soon. I was told nothing wrong with my Escalade that my code reader wasn't right and basically I don't know what I'm talking about and how they're machine is so much better and then kept referencing a Silverado. They never checked for leak. Called my Carlot immediately. They sent me to another automotive shop and guess what we had a major leak and needed immediate master cylinder and sensor and valve. The thing was leaking brake fluid and this shop never ever looked at it. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give negative I would. The condescending way he spoke to me was wrong and telling me how superior they are but just cleared code out and did nothing.

Been going to L&M for about 3-4 years now. The staff and upfront scheduling is appreciated. The price and recommended service is a plus. Each time I have arrived the place is busy with the parking lot full of serviced vehicles. My truck will be 11 years old this September. So I need adequate maintenance to keep her running. ??

My 80 y/o mom was traveling cross country from Colorado to Florida when she broke down. The staff at L&M did everything they could to repair her vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure she could safely continue home. I can’t thank them enough for treating her like family.
