All they had to do was update the SIM card.

Horrible home internet service
Cox cost more but it's so much better and easier to use.. I can't even see who's using my wifi. Fn TRASH and TRASH customer service.

This place is terrible! They ripped off my teenage son $150.00 on his Birthday of all things. Then when I complained, he was told no refunds on his purchase. I hope the Better Business Bureau shuts this place down immediately! Hella unprofessional. In the end they didn't even offer an apology! Don't waste your time here, Walmart has Metro PCS phones for the same pricing!

This place is horrible. I bought a phone and was told i had to get the top tier plan in order to get the promo they had going on. I told the person I wanted an iPhone but they said they didn't have any deals going on with an iPhone. Come to find out they did however they just didn't want to tell me that for whatever reason. The promo they had going on was if your a new customer you could get the iPhone 11 on them and just pay sales tax and your plan. I ended up buying a Moto from them and it's been hell on earth eversince I got it. When I asked why I had to get the top tier plan they said it was the only way to get their promo but said I could have the plan changed after I bought the phone at no cost to me... That was a lie. They want another $50 just to change the plan and this doesn't even go into the the next bill. Too add to this mess they put insurance on your phone without even telling you but still charge you for it.....this place is a scam at its finest. I would absolutely never recommend them. It was a mistake to even consider them.

Abby was so awesome when I was there Sunday getting my new phone-she goes out and beyond to help every customer that comes into the store and takes the extra time to answer all your questions no matter what they are-this girl needs a awesome raise for all she does for this company-she is the very best!!!!

After losing my phone, I chose to change carriers and go with MPS. I was assured that I could keep my number. Once I had paid I was pretty told that wasn't possible. I chose a plan that I was told was $60. Again after payment I was informed that offer was only available with direct pay. I then am informed that I will have a 10.00 monthly insurance charge. $150 later I walk out with a phone plan that doesn't meet my needs. I honestly believe that all cellular companies are owned and operated by the MAFIA..
