Such fast, quick service! The shop was so clean and organized and the prices were very reasonable! We sold some old rings and had all around great experiences. Very pleased!

I had my fiancée’s ring resized here. Even though I’ve seen some negative reviews I had no issue. Resizing took two days due to the work he had. Resizing this 10k white gold ring only cost me $30 to bring it down one full size. The lady in there was very helpful and friendly.

Circumstances saw the need to sell some late family members' jewelry. We heard good things from friends and saw many good things online. We had a very good experience and felt our time was valued as well as what we got back for our jewelry. We will definitely consider their services in the future.

Was quoted a price over email, then got there and we told another price. They honored the quoted price. I took in personalized rings to be sized, the lettering was black. He never told me they'd look different when I pick them up. The lettering is not black anymore. If I knew that would happen I wouldn't of taken them in. Why wouldn't you tell a customer that? I had to call to see if my order was done, they didn't call me. Very disappointed.

Repair, service, and sales the owner runs a very nice establishment with some of the best staff I've ever seen in a small business. Your are greeted and treated like a millionaire when you walk in the door.

I really don't want to give them a 1 star. I went in to repair my necklace that needed an extension. Let me tell you horrible decision I ever made in my life. I spend over 300 for my boyfriend necklace which was a remembrance to his son and they jacked up my necklace gave me a silver extension and the necklace was 18 gold. They act like it was ok to do that and damage the end piece of my necklace. I had to go to Kay jewelry and get it repair. I will never use there service and if you go please take a picture of your item. Very disappointed ?

First time using this business. I needed a couple of items repaired. A friend recommended "1 Hour," so I checked them out.I'm glad I did. I highly recommend taking in with your items. Reasonable prices and repair time. Due to the volume of customers, I dropped the items and picked them up the next day.They sell fine jewelry as well. I looked after picking up my items. I will definitely be back.

Best prices on jewelry repair with fast service and nice staff. I trust this place with my expensive jewelry, The inside was very clean and smelled good. The exterior was very well kept up with no signs of degradation. The other clientele were well spoken and nice. The owner was very knowledgeable and had a good aura about him.
