There is a young guy that is not helpful at all, but is happy go lucky when his friends or family show up. Other than that I give it a 5 because all the other employees are always so good and very helpful.

Pretty standard O'reilly experience, folks standing wanting to chat rather than get people checked out. Thankfully they had the stuff I needed, unfortunately all three guys at the counter were chatting away with people loonnng after they'd checked out. Gets old quick. Tall if you want but don't let it stop you from cashinv out yhe guy standing there with an arm load of stuff that just wants to leave.

Needed a battery & online said it was in stock at this store. Turns out, it wasn't, neither was a battery hold down kit. Paid at this store & drove to the south store to pick up my parts.

It’s overdue but a review for Todd at the 21st Wichita O’reilly location is well deserved. I came in looking to purchase wiper blades while it was raining and he not only came out in the rain to put them on for me but took the time to align my wiper blades so they don’t hit AND tested it out again WHILE it was raining before I left . . . I’m grateful and impressed. Thank you Todd for going above and beyond to just do your job honestly and effectively to a complete stranger!!
