I Love the Life Time Warranty on parts

I went to get transmission fluid for my 98 dodge ram and the guy at the desk as me get O'Reilly brand ATF high mileage and said it would work and now I believe my shift cylinoid is out is spewed all the fluid out and once the truck warms up the shift cylinoid kicks into safety mode and the truck won't shift at all. Went up there to talk to someone with the receipt under warranty and was told to talk to the manager. I even put the fluid in the truck right by the front door with the store funnel. Now I have no vehicle to get my 1 yr old around thanks for the "great" customer service

It's nice to actually go into a parts store and speak with someone that knows what they're talking about and can give knowledgeable information as to what is wrong with your vehicle. Kason the store manager goes above and beyond every single time we're in there buying parts and we appreciate that very much

I honestly can't stand oreileys. Granted they seem to have a different variety of parts compared to other stores. The price is to high and the customer service is alot worse. Been a many time when I went in and second in line. Yet get passed up to the person behind me or I'm ignored while all the staff is taking phone calls.

The guys there at this store really saved me that day. Had purchased a battery in August and it had not kept a charge one day. They replaced it after checking it. Helpful dudes!
