I love my puppy and I am still paying the vet bills. But I am very disappointed that I paid so much for a puppy with parasites. I know that is common, but it still should have been covered under the first 5 day policy. I also bought the insurance. The 3rd party does not return calls or has not given me any info on my original report. The Puppy Dreams tells me is out of their hands due to the insurance is 3rd party. I would not recommend to anyone. I noticed my puppy had issues the day I brought her home. I do not believe she was a puppy dreams long enough for the employees to give me any instructions. On food etc. JUST DONT DO IT!

I thought I was walking into a pet store. I was going to shop for my dog that I usually bring with me on trips but he stayed home this time. Instead it was a puppy store! Super friendly staff and puppies of so many kind. So cute and lots of puppy kisses and cuddles. You get play time with them in a clean little area. I would love to go here to unwind on a regular basis. Absolutely recommend to those looking for a furry family member.

All the workers are lovely and have a lot of knowledge about the breeds, it’s always super welcoming coming into the store and all the puppies look very well taken care of and happy. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!
