Ross is a nice place to shop if you're looking for a bargain. They offer a little bit of everything from clothing, shoes, household items, seasonal decor, accessories and more. The prices are reasonable and I've never had any issues making a return. They do seem to need more help, especially for the checkout line. Sometimes the line is pretty long and they only have one or two people to cashier, and after you check out be prepared to show your receipt to the employee at the exit.

Was very rude acting. There was a lady in the back that does the fitting room that was really mean acting. She was posed up with her arms crossed, with a mean look on her face. To everyone that walked passed & then begin to watch me & my aunt & mother. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We were shopping and walked passed her. Was there to find something for my aunt that has passed away to be buried in & decor for her repass... Definitely didn't need her energy at this time.

Cmon guys. Black Friday and I was there right when you opened. The store is completely trashed. Everything in complete disarray. Merchandise for sale literally scattered all over the floor. A HUGE pile of trash loose on the floor as soon as you walk through the doors. This is ridiculous! Who's running the show around there. It's a complete wreck.

First bad experience here. The employee at the fitting room wouldn't let me try on bras. The cashier didn't greet me and was talking to the employee checking receipts the entire time she was ringing me up. And now they check receipts.

Clothes & other products just thrown on the floor in almost every aisle. None of the employees even bothered to try to pick anything up. Just stood around talking but would scream into the intercom every 2 minutes that they were closing in 45 min, then every few minutes after.
