Bought a light tweed sofa in late 2022. Had it cleaned today and was very disappointed to see that all 3 cushions had the bottom black liner fade on each cushion and it wouldn’t clean so now they cannot be flipped over from time to time. The sofa has never been wet so don’t know why the liner would fade on cushions.

The prices were reasonable and they had a large clearance section with good quality furniture in it. Friendly staff, who dont follow you around. They loaded my item into our vehicle with care.
