Thanks for the outdoor rug. I have never, ever moved into a place that did that, even when I lived here in 2011... I don't remember if I put a work order in for the vent over the stove. But that's really the only other thing that needs to be worked on other than figuring out if I need free on for the air conditioning.🥰🥰🥰

I absolutely love living here in my one bedroom apartment at Remington. Maintenance is excellent, the noise level is low and the atmosphere in the community is very friendly. Sometimes, I need to visit the main office to have someone just listen to my jokes or latest adventures. They always stop what they’re doing and listen. I feel safe and I recommend Remington to others looking for a premier apartment complex. I’m into my 2nd lease and look forward to many years to come.

The complex is very clean and well taken care of. The staff is very respectful and polite. However, if you expect to have a parking spot on any given day…. good luck. I get off work later in the day and I have to park 4-5 buildings away every night when I get home from work or really any time I leave the complex. This is probably the worst parking design I have ever seen. If you never leave your apartment, you might be able to have solid parking options.

Lived at the Remington for two years. Dana from the front office was the most helpful I've ever encountered while renting! She was there for any request we may have had!

The Remington is a horrible place to live! The management is awful and maintenance does not fix things in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend to live!

Have lived here almost 2 years, signed my 2nd year on the lease before the new upstairs neighbors moved in- since they have moved in it has been nothing but issues from stomping all day, to singing on a stereo system or using the apartment like a hotel. It has made this whole 2023 year down right miserable. So miserable that we are now going to be breaking our lease and pay the fee as the office does not care that we have an autistic child who cannot be exposed to unnecessarily loud noises. Even with noise cancelling headphones the stomping raddles the apartment like no one’s business. Very disappointed in the service we’ve received since these issues have arrived. When we did complain to office it just made the upstairs neighbors be louder, so that does no good. If they stop before 10 and we don’t call security office says they can’t do anything. There is currently 9 people in 1 the bedroom apartment above us-4 of them kids just running around jumping and causing our child extreme distress, even with all the fans on tvs on - even oven fan! You cannot escape the noise. I tried to be civil and ask the neighbors on my own to keep it down and that made it worse so, no options for us or our child with a disability other than to eat the 2x rent break lease fee and find somewhere else to call home. And when this was addressed to the manager here he said to my face it’s an apartment noise is to be expected! Obviously, but everyone is entitled to a peaceful place to call home especially for how expensive these apartments are and this is the complete opposite.

We've lived here for close to a year and have had little to no problems. We have had the typical apartment problems occur (emergency maintenance, office questions, etc.), but what makes this complex a great place to live is that when those problems happen they go above and beyond to solve them. Matthew on the maintenance team and Dana and Nini in the office have helped solve any issues that have occurred during our stay here. I don't get the usual dread that you would feel calling a leasing office for issues because I know that they actually care. The property manager also is very attentive to the residents and the property, and has helped us several times. The units themselves are clean and spacious, and it's evident that the owners are willing to invest money into the property to maintain it, as we are currently getting new siding and paint on all of our buildings. If you're on the fence about leasing here, I would recommend doing it.

This review is just for Dana. She's been super helpful and nice and I wish we didn't have to move out because of her. She actually really cares about you, rather than just trying to rent units to people. I highly recommend asking for her to assist you with your rental. Thanks again Dana for all your help! We'll miss you and hope you get a promotion soon!
