I went in the other day to this location from mulvane to look for a hello kitty blanket an emplee told me if i called they can let me know if they have any and i call and theyre saying they cant tell me over the phone? Very rude and unprofessional

I found some clothing that fit my size. I found a nice wrap, but it did not have a price tag. I found this to be irritating. The store is very limited in personal ware for certain sizes. I liked the home section. It had lower priced items compared to other stores. I will return because because of the lower and reasonable priced items for home products. Also, it was a nice treasure hunt for clothing.

I’m pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service. I arrived at 9:30, when the store opens, and apparently interrupted their staff meeting being held at the front. The gal that unlocked the door unlocked it and immediately walked away. Not one employee welcomed me in or even spoke to me until I got to the register when the first thing said was “do you have a tj maxx card?” Management is setting a tone of “customers are an inconvenience” at this location. I’d suggest at the next staff meeting to focus on encouraging staff to be welcoming to the people that shop there, but since the entire staff failed to acknowledge me and the other customer, you might have to bring in someone from the outside to teach this concept.
