I went in 3 weeks ago for an Express Brazilian Blowout and although I use Brazilian blowout products to extend the service, I would say it's worth every penny . Morgan did an excellent job and the way she styled my hair upon leaving was beautiful. Thank you for your service and friendliness.

If you are looking for a place to get extensions put in or purchased. this is the place to go!! They are fast and good at putting them in. Not too tight and not too loose. I also like to go blonde but not a brassy blonde and it's hard to get me there! She me there! If there was a six star I would give it and like I said I don't just give away stars for any reason but I was overly impressed.

I always have a really good experience at this salon, the atmosphere is always so welcoming, and there’s always great vibes. I go to Priscilla and have yet to receive a bad service from her, I’ve been going to her for years. I’ve gotten simple things from a haircut to something a little more intense like going blonde. She always makes sure to take care of my hairs health before anything!

I made the mistake of telling my stylist that I wasn't picky. However, I showed her a picture of what I wanted for the color, and a picture for the cut. I had to have the cut redone after I left, because it wasn't even close to what I asked for, and the color was supposed to be reds and blondes in dark brown color. I ended up with copper blonde and blonde in light brown color. It's pretty, if you want to look like everyone else, but I don't want to look like everyone else. I chose the colors, because I have had them in the past, and love them together. I chose the cut, because there was too much weight for my hair to curl naturally like it does. I ended up with the length trimmed, and what looked like ONE layer around the top. When I got home and pulled the hair out, it wasn't blended. I told her it was fine, after she showed me the final result, because I wasn't going to sit there for another hour or two to get the colors I asked for. Two hours, and $323.00, was enough. She was very nice, but if you want something unique, I would go somewhere else.

You ask for a blow out with large round brush no curling iron
They blow dry it then get the curling iron out.
I say no curling iron and they assert that I should.
They then ask if I ever change up my style.
I say I don’t like to and I never use a curling iron.
She uses the curling iron convincing me it helps hold my “blow out style” I let her try it thinking maybe she’s knows what she is doing.
Nope… not even close to what I asked for.
As I’m walking out she says enjoy your new look!
I’m thinking “ I said I didn’t want a new look!”
So she knew better!
2 times I’ve gone home and re-fixed my hair. With 2 different stylists. Both did the exact same thing.
Next time you are there, Look at the stylists pictures on the wall by the counter. They all have the same hair style and that’s obviously the only thing they know how to do.
If you like the country girl soccer mom look then go for it.

Figured I would give this place a chance , I'm very picky on who does my hair, but I went out on a whim. I paid $335 to be embarrassed. Yes, I am satisfied with the color of the purple I received but I am disappointed in the fact they ignored my gray patch in the front of my hairline. They failed to color my hair a darker color up top and are refusing to refund. I do not want any one in this salon to touch my hair ever again, I have major trust issues and they burnt that bridge. They make you sign a contract way before your appointment that you will most likely forget about and not read. But in there, they make you sign away your head basically. I signed the contract 2, maybe 3 weeks before my appointment and I completely forgot about it. They did not disclose anything with me that they were doing with my hair, besides the purple color. They claimed they were putting darker hair color in the top but it's not. Also, the use TEMPORARY color. Who TF charges $300 for temporary hair color?! Tousled should be ashamed for making me pay for this disgusting service.

Do not go here for a cut! They butchered my daughter's hair and charged her $67 for it! They did refund her money but not sure if this is fixable. Absolutely terrible!!!
