They have gone downhill and I have been using this pharmacy for years. The pharmacy had on numerous occasions being closed without notice. I am having constant problems ordering my meds over the phone. Always waiting for my medication to come in on a regular basis. My medication is not available at my own pharmacy because today I was told they don't carry brand name medications. I could go to Andover for one of my meds and then to another Walgreens clear out south to pick up my other meds. WTH my doctor prescribes it. Have had it filled at this pharmacy numerous times! Now pharmacy closed on Saturday and Sundays. Does it occur to anyone that maybe patients need their medications and can't wait 3 days!! Im transferring!! Didn't appreciate the customer service i received today.

We bought wax strips opens them at home turns out some one robbed the strips and left the box there and haven’t gotten our money back!!

How are we supposed to pick up our meds if the store is closed for an extended amount of time??? The app says that this location has filled and is ready to sell me my medication yet I go and it's been closed for i don't know how long???

I always get whatever I need done ? and fast plus if they hear that you have a problem with someone or something else they will be the first to decide how they are going to help you out with whatever you need!

Awesome photo dept!! Usually when I have copies made (at other locations) I need to have them redone due to cropping or size errors. I dreaded sitting down with my large order from this 13th St location expecting to have a list of errors but they were PERFECT!!!THANK YOU !!

Seem to enjoy cancelling or threatening to cancel people's prescription if just a few days late picking them up (guess what sometimes people forget when they get renewed at a different time then they expect)
