It's a joke don't waste your time. They only have one ATM and it's broke half the time and it cost you 3 dollars to use any other ATM's.

The staff at the Alexandria location are very courteous. Woodforest is effective and useful in many ways. I had a fraudulent charge on my account and it was resolved in just 3 days. 2 of which were the weekend. I really like the card reader they offered me for my start up business transactions.

I took advantage of their second chance checking and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Everything that I have ever wanted they were able to take care of for me. Years later I am back on my feet and couldn't be happier.
