The tour was great! Michael was the guide that took us on our tour and he was great. He was funny and very informative! The food at the restaurant was good and the service at the restaurant was also good.

Visiting Bardstown Bourbon Company is always interesting and fun. It is one of our go to places when we have out of town guests.

The food, facility and tour guide were all great. The gift shop was well stocked and you were able to taste a lot of bourbon for the money.

My only regret is that we didn't time our visit so we could have eaten in the restaurant. There will be a next time, I'm sure! We did the Barrel Thieving tour and it was fabulous. If you're traveling the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, the distillery tours can get pretty redundant, so this was just different enough to keep our interest. Macy, our tour guide, was terrific. She was great at encouraging just the right amount of levity while still keeping things moving along. Everyone we encountered was great, from front desk to gift shop to bar, we were made to feel welcome. We arrived for the last tour of the day and so we were there around closing time, and we never felt rushed. Well done, Bardstown!

The Rickhouse Thieving tour was our favorite of multiple distillery tours on our bourbon trail trip. Our guide Patrick was excellent & hung around post-tour to answer any extra questions.

It was neat to see a newly created distillery that deliberately designed the grounds to create a memorable experience. Having a top notch restaurant, outdoor bar/lounging and a variety of tour/experience options made for a wonderful visit that prompts us to highly recommend to others.

A different experience on the bourbon trail. A young company more like a micro-beer tour. Very modern and industrial. Tasting rooms 1st stop on the tour with a tv presentation. Excellent tour guide.

Having a top notch restaurant located on distillery grounds greatly enhances the experience of visiting the facility. Great selection of food items that worked for individuals in our party that had allergies or were not eating meat. It was cool and rainy so wasn't able to see how the ambiance would be with the outside tables. We can imagine it would be an enjoyable setting amongst the distillery buildings.

Best food on the Bourbon Trail! Great hamburger and as the server said, “the best fried chicken sandwich around”. Our server Will was exceptional, he provided great recommendations beyond the menu. He even checked on us after our bourbon tour. Will definitely be back!
