Found this awesome place driving through Bardstown. The place it immaculate, it’s absolutely beautiful. We only had drinks but the food I saw looked and smelled amazing. Try Stay Gold and The Wabbit.

As you pass the ultra-modern glass faced facility of Bardstown Bourbon on the Parkway don't miss this one. For reviews of their restaurant see Bottle & Bond Kitchen & Bar. For those bourbon tourists, you know that each distillery has it's own claim-to-fame. Bardstown is no different by having the best 'library' in town. See their impressive collection of early distillery products from previous distillers in KY. Try a sample, stay for a taste, marvel at their bourbon bar- Enjoy Bardstown Distillery

Bardstown Bourbon company is newer to the bourbon scene than a lot of the other 'legacy' Kentucky bourbons, but don't overlook it! Their facility is nearly brand-new in a gorgeous and modern building. They have a large dining area that serves great food adjacent to a large bar with amazing bartenders. We arrived as part of a Copper Still tour group (though it was just 4 of us), and so a class about how to make cocktails was included.Dan was our instructor on how to make cocktails - we ended up making a sazerac and a Kentucky mule (which I have grown to prefer over a Moscow mule!). I cannot say enough about how great Dan was to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about cocktail making as well as Bardstown bourbon. After our class, not only did we get samples of essentially whatever we wanted, he gave just the four of us a behind the scenes tour of their distillery. After buying some of their amazing Fusion series bourbon, we were casually chatting with who I initially thought was just a random employee, but Dan later told us was David, the CEO. Everyone there was incredibly friendly. They're currently constructing additional areas for guests, and have plans for a hotel across the road. They are a very ambitious group who I can imagine will only become bigger players in the bourbon scene. Overall, this was a great place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We were steered to the BBC by a friend who went there a couple weeks ago. We had a free tasting of their one bourbon but had to purchase a dram of collaboration at the bar. This was a change from 2 weeks ago when collaboration was included in the tasting. It was good enough to purchase a bottle. The food menu looked wonderful although perhaps a little pricey. The facility is beautiful- worth going just to see the moss wall. Stop in!

Excellent food except brisket sandwich needs a little sauce or something. Way too many fries, need 1/2 order. Perfect Old Fashioned, great whiskey selection. Free tasting.

Goodness, this spot is manicured and curated immaculately. Their restaurant, Bottle and Bond, displays true quality food, cocktails, and liquors. A shame I won't be present when their distillery tours begin this summer. Thank you!

The food was phenomenal. The bourbon was even better. Sampled some rare bourbons, as well as some up and coming bourbon products. We were lucky enough to meet the President, as well as the Master Distiller, who went out of their way to please us. Hands down, the best bourbon experience ever. This company is the future of the bourbon industry.

I am so exited I found this place! I've been looking for a bourbon destination for myself and my guests and this is the spot. I called a lot of distilleries recently and this was the best as far as what they have going on with food and the distillery. The staff is really nice. Once I understood the set up it was easy to make special plans there. I highly recommend.

Not sure why this is on the bourbon trail. It is just a bar/restaurant with a small shop of rare/small batch bourbons. The service was bad. It took us 20 minutes to get someone to speak to us at the table. The server never even offered us drinks! We were not offered drinks at a restaurant on the bourbon trail... what? We just had water with our meals. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the food was very good. The brisket and fries were delicious but was a little steep in price for the size of the sandwich. If the service was better it would have been a more enjoyable experience. We left confused why it was in the Kentucky Bourbon Trail passport book.

The food is excellent, service is great, the best coffee I've had in a long time. The prices, however, are above my pay grade.

This is the best restaurant I've been to in a long time. The brussel sprouts, fried chicken, fries, cornbread, mac n cheese, brisket sandwich, and shrimp and grits were fantastic! The ambiance was even better! Will definitely come back!

My first visit to the newest addition to Kentucky's fast-growing #BourbonTrail was a deliciously successful one. Along with four siblings and a nephew, we stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday without a reservation and were seated promptly in the spacious dining room. House Old Fashioned cocktails were the starter along with some tasty Bourbon glazed Brussel Sprouts. Entrees included the Fish Tacos, the Kale Salad, the Caesar Salad and the Brisket Sandwich with yummy Fries. Recommend all but the Brisket needs a Horseradish/Mayo Sauce to put it over the top (so ask for it!). Warning: Get one dessert and one Boozy Milkshake and split it amongst you. Otherwise, you'll wind up in nearby Regretville as you will feel too full. We had the Bread Pudding based on our charming server's suggestion. Will definitely return to sit outside and enjoy the firepit.

Brand new restaurant, beautiful building and decor. Kandi was great in helping with our tasting and purchases. Very friendly and outgoing, fun to chat with. Kaitlyn was a great bartender, fun to talk to also, and very knowledgeable and informative. I was very impressed with both and the surroundings. Only had appetizers and drinks. A must see!

One of the brand new distilleries on the Bourbon trail. Stopped by here for lunch during our bourbon tours and pleasantly surprised to have a tasting of 2 of their Collabor&tion bottles - one a bottle finished in Mistel Muscat barrels and another in American Brandy barrels. Both were smooth, flavorful and VERY unique tastings, nothing like I ever had. And the best part, it was free?! (Yes, although I think things will change as this is their first year opening). Apparently, you can only buy them at this location, but definitely a pleasant surprise. There's also other bottles they have available and wish I had more time to explore. For lunch, the table ordered a delicious chicken sandwich, grill cheese and salad. The bread on the sandwich is deliciously toasted and burnt fries are delicious. Plus, from host, server and everyone else in between - excellent, welcoming and accommodating staff. Big open space, indoor fireplace and a big bar was another lovely draw to this place. Also, don't forget to go to the restroom and check out the square toilets inside! Fun find!

I really wanted to like this place until we got to the main course. Appetizers were outstanding. We ordered Brüssel sprouts and Mac n cheese. Cocktails were very well made. Main course was disappointing. Brisket sandwich was boring with not enough flavor to just be served with sautéed onion on bread. Chicken salad ordered off the salad menu came on one droopy piece of lettuce with 3 Melba-like toasts. Not as described in the menu, also rather boring. Ribs were dry and unremarkable. Shrimp and grits needed more sauce. Fried chicken was good. Amount of French fries are overwhelming with the sandwiches and chicken. Wouldn't go back here for the price. I assume they mostly plan on having tourists the bourbon trail who would only dine here once.

We went for a girls night dinner. We had a wonderful server, Tonya who made perfect recommendations. Our drinks were always well prepared and the food was amazing! We will be coming back & well worth the drive. After dinner, we sat outside by the fire on the patio to end our conversation, not wanting the night to end.

Brand new distillery and restaurant both of which are top notch. I've had lunch here a couple of times and the food and the service have been excellent.

Dining experience? I wouldn’t know. After sitting for 20 minutes, I got up to find my own menu. I walked up to the bar to find 3 servers standing around talking, with a handful of empty tables around them. I asked the bartender if I could get 2, and he stared at me, clueless. I grabbed them, sat back down and waited another 10 minutes, only to be ignored again. We will not be back. It’s a shame because it looks like a nice place but as long as their staff is apathetic, they won’t last.

Fried chicken was good. French fries were delicious. B&B salad with Italian dressing was good. Chicken fried Oysters were a total disappointment! Only six TINY oysters with too much breading that was soggy instead of crispy. Boozy milkshakes were thin and not frozen nor ice-creamy at all.

Charcuterie plates, whiskeys, burger, fried chicken, brussel sprouts, boozy milkshakes and wine selection we're all delicious. You can do no wrong here.

If you happen to be in Bardstown or not and can make the drive, I highly recommend this place. The staff are as wonderful and sweet as can be. We sat at the bar and they made the best recommendations and pairings. The bartenders are skilled and make delicious cocktails. We loved it so much here, we came back the following day. The charcuterie board is delicious, the whiskey selection is fantastic, and I don't think think they make anything that isn't delicious or filled with love. Excellent place, and save room for a boozy milk shake that will haunt your dreams. Delicious.
