I've used this pharmacy for as long as I can remember, but this is just getting too much. My insurance through my employer uses ExpressScrips and Kroger no longer works with them. This is not the problem; an annoying problem but understandably not the fault of the Kroger employees.Since Jan. of this year, though, my birth control has been completely flipped up and around, and the prices change randomly. I've even subscribed to the Kroger Rx Savings thing for $30 a year JUST to keep using this pharmacy and not paying ridiculous prices for meds that should not be more than $10 and were not in the past. And for whatever reason, my birth control has gone from $8 to a one-month supply, $13 for a three-month supply - to now $75 for three-months?! WITH the Kroger Savings thing AND repeated attempts to try and get someone to explain why the prices change every time I pick it up. It's incredibly frustrating and has been more trouble than necessary.Again, I don't think any of this is the fault of the employees here but it's getting to be unbearable every time I have to pick up medicine anymore. The company who makes these decisions that the poor employees have to deal with shouldn't be surprised why customers are no longer pleased.

I hate to say this but the pharmacy is terrible. The staff and pharmacists are great, friendly and helpful however the service is really really bad. Not sure why because they seem to always have plenty of staff but every time I go my meds are never ready even when they were called in or refilled the day before they are never ready and you're told 10-15 minutes but every time you wait a minimum of 30 minutes but usually it is more like 45. Doesn't seem to matter what day or what time you go in.

A one star because zero isn't an option. If you like super long lines, prescriptions not being ready or "stuck in the machine", this is the pharmacy for you. They also fill prescriptions how they want and not how they have been prescribed by your physician. If that wasn't enough, you also get to enjoy thier rude and less than helpful staff. No thanks, I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Can not beleive how I was treated. Been getting my prescriptions there for years. Tried getting a prescription for my dog. It was filled out wrong. The pharmacist did not want to give it back for my Vet to fix, then said she would not fill it. I have a older blind dog with no teeth and just trying to keep her going. I'm in customer service and would never treat a person like that. She would not even talk to me. Going somewhere else. I'm done

Always a problem. I call they say it will be ready in 30 minutes, I say ok. I give them a hour and it's still not ready. Don't lie just be honest say it's going to be a hour.

They don’t have much concern for customer service. They take their sweet time even when their are not busy. I highly doubt they know or care to organize like one on front one on drive through. Their personal entertainment like phones are more important. Worse of all they only have one drive through opening. I’ve been to a variety of pharmacies even through Kroger and this one is top worse so far. Every time is the same with no consistency to improve or move faster or organize. If you can avoid this one do it.

not this Kroger ...... I shop at Kroger almost daily . the guy argued with me that the buy 5 save $5 items I picked up were digital only and I know for a fact that they weren't my mother picked up the same items two days ago and it took the money off. I'll be shopping at either Florence (My Zion or erlanger) even though I live in Cold Springs

No sense of urgency, hands down the worst pharmacy ever. Nothing is ever straightforward here. Always mistakes and clarifications. Kroger is a great company but this pharmacy needs an overhaul.

Check your receipts!! The check out guy did not scan our card even though it was handed to him. Then we spent 15 minutes at the service desk and not once did the girl say our card did not get scanned...then I had to drive back to the store to point out the bottom of the receipt showed we would have saved $41 if we had used our rewards card...I have had numerous incidents at this store with coupons not scanning right, things priced wrong etc....

I had a very positive experience with a Pharmacy Tech today. I went to pick up a prescription for my father. It turned out to be very expensive. She took the time to find a coupon to drastically reduce the price which is a huge help to him. My only regret is I didn’t get her name. I want her and Kroger to know how grateful me and my dad are for her help.
