There is a bald man with dark facial hair named Travis who was extremely rude to me and my elderly grandmother. I assisted her at the bank because she is elderly and gets confused. He acted impatient with us because my grandmother was taking longer than expected. So rude and unprofessional then told me to step away when I was trying to help her. Not a welcoming friendly person what so ever I hope they do not treat my grandmother this way when I’m not with her. :(

Karen the manager at this PNC is awfully rude and slow. When i asked to please hurry because i had somewhere to be, she caught an attitude. I run a business though this bank and couldn’t believe how rude she was, especially after how much money put though PNC. Worst Costner service I’ve had at a PNC in 2 years.

I needed assistance opening a business checking account. The banker I worked with could not help me at the time due to an upcoming scheduled appointment.I understood that, but was not given an appointment. I indicated I have open availability to schedule but rather than proceed to give me an appointment, my phone number was taken and I was told I would receive a call. I don't understand why an appointment could not be scheduled when I was there.I went home and created an appointment myself on the website.Most banks I have done business with are eager to help a customer create a new account. This experience made me feel as if PNC is ambivalent about my continued business with them.

Yikes! The first rep I called would not let me ask my question; she continued to speak over me and eventually hung up on me, mid-sentence. (What!)The second rep was slightly better albeit totally unapologetic for her colleague's behavior when I told her what happened. 2020 is a weird year, and maybe they're dealing with a lot, but I hope this feedback will encourage management or corporate to encourage this Cold Springs branch to practice better customer service. Whew!

Didn’t think this place was too bad, until my girlfriend got scammed by placing a fake check that came in the mail into her PNC account. PNC cashed the check even though she didn’t have enough to cover it. Now they say they can’t do anything to help and she is responsible for paying back the 4500 dollars. Thanks PNC.

This location is the worst, they’re racist and I refuse to return to this location. This is the 2nd negative encounter I’ve had and trust me it won’t be a 3rd time... After the experience. Today I’m done with this location for good.

This PNC branch doesn't have cash in the drive-thru ATM 90% of the time. I would definitely recommend visiting another branch for the ATM if you are able to.

Terrible customer service! Bank teller and assistant bank manager rude and unhelpful. They couldn't even transfer money from my PNC account to pay PNC credit card. Had to go to different PNC branch in Newport to do my banking. Newport transferred the money with no problems.

Horrible service. I will never do business with pnc after my experiences here.
