Customer service is the best at this location. I live closer to the beechmont store and drive to this store because the associates and managers are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

This store is an Amazon delivery location. Absolutely do not send you expensive amazon orders to this location because they are never open during their posted hours of operation. 2 days in a row trying to pick up my package (which was expensive), and they are closed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Cashier refuses to do his job at the Cold Spring location, my wife attempted to check out and the cashier would not do so because she was wearing a shirt he disagreed with. He said that he didn't agree with her political beliefs and made his manager do his job. What a joke this guy was, #1 do your job, you don't get paid to state your opinion or what your beliefs are. You don't like it don't work in service.#2 I can't believe what a push over management you must have for an employee to say what he is or isn't going to do.#3 This is a free country and free speech.You have lost our buisness for ever and I will make sure to spread the word.

Cashier would not ring my wife out because he disagreed with a political shirt he disagreed with. Manager had to come out to help paying customer. Your employees needs to learn how customer service works and probably a run down of what the Constitution of The United States says. You have lost our buisness and I will be sure to spread the word on how you allow your employees to conduct themselves.

Customer service is awful! Cashier refused to do his job. He feels his political beliefs are needed in the work place, since he didn't agree with a shirt that my wife was wearing he refused service and his manager had to complete his job. We will not be going back and will make sure to spread the good word.

Nothing rang up correctly, and the cashier working didn't care. Left everything and will find computer accessories elsewhere.

I love office supply stores. I typically dislike the lack of customer service you experience there. The Staples in Cold Spring, KY is a wonderful exception to the rule. Had the pleasure - PLEASURE - of spending a bit of time with Seth, Sherry, and Hope (Store Manager). Those three bent over backwards to help me with a furniture dilemma that is literally going to help me get more work done today than I originally thought. My business and I have been customers for years, and interactions like this one is EXACTLY WHY we will be customers for years to come. Thank you Seth, Sherry, and Hope. You three are the best!!!

I go to this Staples fairly frequently and usually find what I need and have good service. Today was terrible. Using the Staples website, I had pre-filled out a shipping label for a package. The website stated I could go to my store, ask them to find and print the label using my phone number in their system, and they'd give me a box and ship my package. The woman at the shipping counter had no idea what I was talking about. She and a manager said "we don't do that; we can't look up your label or print one out, but you can buy one." She pointed all the way across the store and said "the boxes are over there." Then she turned around and walked off. I perused the boxes, found none that would fit my package appropriately, and just left. Ridiculously bad service. I'll take my packages to the post office from now on.

Prints team was knowledgeable and happy to help their customers. I now have artwork in digital form -- 600dpi xerox scan, sent via email or option to save in cloud storage. Thank you kindly!
