I have never been so disrespected by a store employee, at any store, ever in my entire life. This man was rude and obviously not in a good mood, and he made sure to let everyone know that. If this is what is acceptable as customer service at Staples then I will never step foot in one again. I have never called to complain about an employee, but I could not get over how myself and others were treated. I had to call the store to speak to the manager. Surprisingly, this employee is the manager! I told him how I felt but that was not enough. I called Staples corporate and filed a complaint that was then sent to the president’s office. The name of this “manager” is Kyle and he fits the description of the rude employee that has been mentioned in a previous review. I have also heard from others how condescending and rude he has been towards them while also being in the store as he was “helping” them. If you are unhappy with your job so much you have to make everyone miserable around you, you should quit your job. This man needs anger management of some sort. I don’t believe he should have a job at all- especially not in customer service! Absolutely shameful and embarrassing to have Staples be represented by this so called manager.

Just went on 12-29 to get a ink cartridge and desk calendar no one at front checkouts had to go over to Amazon to get waited on the guy who waited on me mustache and beard with glasses was rude and didn't say thanks or nothing very poor customer servicr

We went to get a new computer chair. Dalton was so helpful and set up our warranty, making sure that we knew how to make a claim and how the chair was insured! Service he provided was fantastic!

DO NOT PRINT HERE! Messed up my order twice, said it would be ready in the morning- wasn't, said it was a miscommunication. Then, said it wouldn't be ready for another 24 hours after. They have no idea what they are doing.

The young man at IT in cold spring with brown hair was a wonderful help. Helped me set up my printer so I can print my cat pictures and show them to my grandchildren.

Customer service is the best at this location. I live closer to the beechmont store and drive to this store because the associates and managers are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

This store is an Amazon delivery location. Absolutely do not send you expensive amazon orders to this location because they are never open during their posted hours of operation. 2 days in a row trying to pick up my package (which was expensive), and they are closed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This is a smaller Staples in NKY. Product selection is narrower and hours are shorter.

Cashier refuses to do his job at the Cold Spring location, my wife attempted to check out and the cashier would not do so because she was wearing a shirt he disagreed with. He said that he didn't agree with her political beliefs and made his manager do his job. What a joke this guy was, #1 do your job, you don't get paid to state your opinion or what your beliefs are. You don't like it don't work in service.#2 I can't believe what a push over management you must have for an employee to say what he is or isn't going to do.#3 This is a free country and free speech.You have lost our buisness for ever and I will make sure to spread the word.

Cashier would not ring my wife out because he disagreed with a political shirt he disagreed with. Manager had to come out to help paying customer. Your employees needs to learn how customer service works and probably a run down of what the Constitution of The United States says. You have lost our buisness and I will be sure to spread the word on how you allow your employees to conduct themselves.
