Scott at T-Mobile was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me from start to finish. When he couldn’t figure out an issue the new phone was having, he consults his colleague, Kyle, ( not 100 % sure that was his name), who tiger figure out the issue. They both were great to work with.

Go to a different T mobile store if you want to stick with T mobile. After dealing with Ally in this store I'm thinking about switching to another provider. She was so bad she even said "I'm not doing well explaining this". She was at least right about that part. Nothing else. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

This place is awful. Left there after Ally stumbled all over herself and headed to Verizon. So much easier and cheaper. Someone needs to teach proper sales

Tried to upgrade two phone in this store but was dealing with a girl named Ally. She spoke in riddles and couldn’t make any sense. At one point she even said “ I’m not doing very well explaining this”. She was right and I left more confused without spending a dime. I will not return to this store and I’m really considering switching to Verizon after 20 years with sprint. She is awful.

Kept charging me for services after I cancelled. Never kept to their terms of the contract, just a complete nightmare of a company. May they never darken your doorway!

In a quest to find a particular item, I tried going in to one of the other physical location, and called another. After both of those locations did not have what I was looking for, I called this location. As luck would have it, they had one left. I asked if they could hold it for me. The person on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately, and asked if I was the one who called. The item was quickly retrieved for me. Chris took a moment to say hi to my son, then quickly and efficiently completed the transaction.

How are you going to be OUT of chargers for type c? When half your phones are type c! Literally every time I go in this store, something goes completely wrong. Way to go cold spring, y'all suck. ðŸ‘Œ

Ramon and Anthony were amazing. They helped us and made sure every thing was ok before we left. Even told my daughter to call them on their own lines if she needed any help. That my friend is going above and beyond for your customers. Definitely will always go there first. This will be our Tmobile home from now on.
