Went in and waited then when I asked for pennies which I always get at the Milford ohio branch. The teller there was rude and acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about. Wasted my time there left disappointed won't go in there again and yes I bank with Us bank.

Zach, Kyle, Ashley and another team member (sorry, forgot his name) has been amazing and helpful! Zach and Kyle helped me from opening my business account, balance transfers, to personal loan. I never had to worry about any of my banking needs or questions because they always take care of them for me right away. This branch is the closest to my home and business and I am glad that they are at the branch I go to the most. Friendly, helpful, quick response, knowledgeable, and overall an amazing team.

This branch was rude to me twice. They would not do the service that I needed and I have over 50,000 in my account.

The manager here, Zac is unprofessional & and was dishonest regarding matters with my account. It's management like him that doesn't deserve the title that they hold because, they have poor customer service and disrespectful to those "underneath" them. I am disgusted in the way I was handled during our conversation. I would never go back to this brunch again. The only thing this bank is going to do (if anything at all) is respond with a generic apology because, they know it's a true statement.

This is a small branch of the mega-bank that we all know and recognize: US Bank. This particular branch, however, is not very big at all. The longest I've ever seen the line, indoors or drive through window, is 2 people long. The wait is very short if not immediate. The staff is friendly and helpful even for someone like me that never has a deposit slip completed. I'm sure that must be annoying for them but you'd never know it because they are ready and happy to help me out. This branch truly has the small, community bank vibe that most other large banks only drool over in their commercials and PR campaigns.
