Came in having phone issues. And they did not hesitate to fix my solution and made sure I wouldn't have any more of those same issues out of my phone. I've been dealing with the issue for the past couple days and it's been pretty stressful so very Glad they was able to take care of it. And made it quick and simple.

I came in wanting a new phone line and was offered professional service a warm approach. He listened to my needs and offered a new phone that I did not know i needed and so glad i was given this recommendation. Love my phone and the service.

Associate Cole Straight was awesome! We came in to inquire about changing plans and possibly upgrading a phone. We walked out with 2 new plans, 2 new phones, and 2 watches, lol. He helped us find the plan that was right for us and he found and obtained as many deals and discounts as possible. On top of all that, he transferred our old phones to the new perfectly! I was apprehensive about that transfer, but wow... it's really seamless now. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and so patient with us. Highly recommend!

I stopped in today to learn how to use my new phone. I left Verizon and regret it but my husband got a business bundle elsewhere. I was so happy that the associate would help me! He was so kind and taught me what I needed to know! They are renovating too and it's going to look great! Make this your only store you go to!
