I usually love this branch on the far occasions when I need to go in and I’ve been with Huntington well over 10 years. I had to call this branch today to get some answers and the lady I spoke with just seemed like she had 1 million other things to do. I understand being busy and I know bank employees go through a lot.. but I needed someone to at least act like they cared about the task at hand.. I felt rushed off the phone, a bunch of non committed answers and then the call was quickly ended. Just because I’m not standing in front of you doesn’t mean I’m less of a customer. I just needed help.

I go there almost every Saturday the lady ask for my card I gave it to her then she asked for my address..wait .. what... unbelievable Iam.really thinking about changing my bank or just don't go there anymore bad bad bad customer service

Spoke with Alexis on the phone and she was unable to help with a very simple matter. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told a manager was not onsite. I will be switching all five accounts to a better bank. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with Huntington's service and the lack of basic assistance from their employees.

Do NOT use mobile check deposit, they place a hold on it and you won’t see it for a week! I understand “security features” but this is just ridiculous. I will be switching banks THE MINUTE my check clears…..in a week.

Stay away!!! I have over a 700 credit score and couldn't get an auto loan. Went to GE Credit Union and got approved.

Horrible customer service. I deposited a check that was told to me that would be available after depositing or tomorrow. I won't have it for a week according to the email I got after. I called back and someone told me a manager would call me around 2. No manager did so I called back to see if there was any possible way I could get it returned. the rude bank teller I got was condescending and not listening to what I was saying that I understand she can't help and that I was told otherwise which is why I was calling back to see. I'll close my account ASAP. I was loyal to my last bank for 5 years. I had this one for a month and will never recommend it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TRIED TO PURCHASE ROLLS OF COINS AND I WAS REFUSED!! WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE OVER 45 MINUTES TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AS WELL!!

ATM is frequently out of service. When you call and ask them if it’s back up they act like there was never an issue. Then when you point out that you were just there and it was very much not working they say oh that’s just maintenance it’s back up. So you make another trip and it’s still down. Employees should have more knowledge about what’s actually going on and not waste customers time.

Horrible customer service at this location, card got locked for no reason. Mobile banking will show one number and no money will be available. Definitely getting another bank. Ruined my whole day because of nonsense.

Long wait times 45 mins on hold no call back don't put your money here ridiculously long wait times on hold.
