The customer service is terrible I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering you by asking questions the lady behind the counter acted like she just didn't wanna deal with people I guess good friendly customer service is out the window I would give it a 0 if possible attitude is every thing

The woman working there was very rude to some of the customers. I would never recommend this place. Understaffed and woman screaming across the room. Disgusting behavior displayed there.

The staff has always been kind here, no issues there, but this poor review is about their outside ATM's. They are antiquated and poorly serviced, which I understand PNC outsources. This morning, before work, I attempted to make a deposit through the drive through ATM. The machine took my card, counted my money and then suddenly the screen said, "This Transaction Cannot Be Processed. Please call your financial institution." It did NOT return my cash and it did NOT give me a receipt. So I sat in the cue and called the 800 number. She showed no sign of a deposit to my account and so, would have to open an "investigation". Cool. I'll let my mortgage company know what's up. Obviously, I wasn't happy with that so she was courteous enough to issue a "provisional credit" along with the investigation. PNC needs to do better--I can tell they don't really care anymore about their presence in this area. They've closed 2 branches within 5 miles of my house and provided our area with an ATM in a UDF that is often "not accepting deposits". Whoever services their machines needs to be reprimanded.

I recently called the Covington branch on Madison searching for $2 bills. The gentleman who took my call was friendly and courteous. I spoke to Chase when I got there and he remembered my earlier call and already had some bills ready. He also told me of some 50 cent coins he had, which I thought was considerate. I get the same treatment from everyone each time i go in there, albeit seldom with todays digital and online world. Nonetheless, it's good to know genuine and friendly service can still be found today.

Who goes to the bank? Usually not me... it's all too easy to do things from your phone these days. Regardless, once in a blue moon I'm forced to go to the bank. On this occasion, I needed to get a check printed (because who has a checkbook anymore?). I popped in and was quickly greeted by the staff. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly. He pulled up my account via SSN (because who ever remember their bank account number?). There was a small fee for a single check printed, but it's totally worth it to occasionally pay that fee (I think it was $1.50) than for a checkbook i'll never use. There's a small parking lot here as well as a drive thru and atm. It's a great location if you live in Covington. I always pop by this atm when I need to pull out some cash before heading somewhere I'll need it. Great location and super friendly staff - high fives, PNC.
