Why would you have an island leaving the outdoor teller area for each lane? It's low enough to the ground where you cannot see it leaving the lane you're in. The money I just deposited into my account can go straight into the repair of my wheel and door frame. Thanks for the brilliant design.

Christina the bank manager really understands my problems when they arise she made sure that I was good and helped make sure everything was going to be okay when I was in a pinch. Love her. She needs a 6th star! She is also the sweetest. Highly recommend. But be nice to her and she will do whatever can be done

I just opened a new account at u.s.bank ~ because my building has us pay our rent there each month- Wouldn’t you know it ~ the account went into overdraft status due to all the changes ~ I couldn’t believe how helpful the Tellers were ~ I am happy that I have my account there now - â™¥ï¸ ðŸ”µ â™¦ï¸ ðŸ”µ â™¥ï¸

God forbid you park in their lot (as a customer) for more than 20 minutes.. They will put a STICKER on your WINDSHIELD!! In 80 degree heat, it took my boyfriend 20 minutes to scrape it off with acetone and a credit card. DAN IS A COMPLETE ****!!! Maybe try putting a note under the windshield wipers like normal people?? A sticker is completely unacceptable!!! -loyal customer of 9 years PS- I love the staff. Morgan and Lauren are awesome and always extremely welcoming and greet me by name every day. If management (Dan) was as hospitable as their staff, this would be a 5 star rating.

Located within spitting distance of two other banks, this location is great for those looking to execute a quick financial transaction. There is a drive thru with the cool suction tube thingys that we all marveled at as a child. Friendly workers. The parking lot is on the backside of the building which might be hard to find due to one way streets. The building interior is very spacious and at the current time of year, has a rather tall Christmas tree.
