So I've been a US BANK customer for about 5 years.I left 5/3rd when I owned a few businesses because they are, pardon me, a collective group of class A total a-holes overall. 5/3rd. Terrible company. TERRIBLE ugh I puke thinking about every interaction with them....I digress....US BANK has been good to work with overall. The branches I've used are Beechmont, 4th Street Covington, Milford and Wooster. All decent to work with, good folks. Then I've been in this branch 3 times since I moved to South Covington a few months ago.Top notch all the way. Jeremy the branch manager helped today with my cashier's check to buy a rental property. Another manager came to help with a title transfer when I gave my DIL my old car. Tellers are kind, courteous and seem to really like their jobs - you can tell.Don't change a thing! Perfection! This is the banking experience I knew was out there but had never found.Great job to Jeremy and the entire team here, thank you, thank you for being the type of bank we should all have - bravo!!!

The guy who helped my step dad out yesterday was a complete j**** My step dad was scammed and freaking out about money being stolen and these people have no empathy. Accuses him of trying to fraud US Bank. After being a customer for 39 years. What a joke! Filing a formal complaint.

US Bank really sucks. If you have an account and then you notice fraud on it. You contact them to close the account, but they keep it open for 5 days and more fraud happens. The person shouldn't be held responsible if they closed the account, guess again. The person is responsible for paying back every last dime. My son was a victim of fraud, a college student at that. When he noticed fraud on his account he closed his account and then opened another one. The found the fraud was from someone using the mobile app. My son had the mobile app but he never used it for depositing checks or cashing them. So you would think, a bank who is so into Cyber-security would be all over this. Guess again. They didn't do anything except let the person keep doing that even after the account was to have been closed. Oh, yeah they didn't close it for 5 days. I have talked to other banking institutes and found one thing in common, it takes less then 10 minutes to close an account once fraud is suspected. Then why wasn't it done for my son. Why did he have to wait 5 days? The most he ever deposited was $250. Yet, when huge amounts were coming through they never really noticed anything on his account. I have tried several time to be calm about this. It's not working. Today, he got a letter stating, "In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Your Deposit Account Agreement. At the time the account was closed the outstanding negative account balance was $3,046. In order to secure payment of this amount, we may turn your account over to a collection agency and/or seek legal action. In addition items presented for payment as of the date of this letter will be returned "Account Closed." So tell me how is this his fault?

I am an ex US Bank customer in soon-to-be-ex Fifth Third Bank customer and what happened to me yesterday pretty much is the reason why and that reason is greed. I had a check for roughly $250 of money they owed me for a trip instead of depositing to my bank I wanted cash and us bank was right there so I stopped and was told there is a 7 dollar fee to cash it. What the hell? It was a US bank check. Oh so you cant cash one of you own checks without charging? Crazy.
