Great experience and service!
We had an oversized sliding door at our rental property that wouldn't open easily, and our tenants had broken the handle while trying to force the door to open.
The first two glass companies that we contacted for repair quotes said we'd need to replace the entire sliding door - which would have cost us thousands of dollars. Three's a charm... Absolute Glass came right away after my initial phone call to them. They said they could replace the rollers, and they probably had a used handle in good condition that would work to replace the existing broken handle.
They did what they said, and repaired it quickly.. we only had to wait about ten days for the new rollers to arrive once they placed their order to the supplier. Once the rollers arrived, they promptly arranged to come over and finish fixing the door.
They provided us with great service! Quick response, prompt and professional repairs, and all without upsell pressure on us to replace the entire door.
We highly recommend Absolute Glass and will most definitely contact them again for our glass window and door repair needs in the future!

Excellent service. The gentleman offered to come early as they got a cancellation. Within 15 minutes he had my sliding glass door working like new!

Brandon and Eric do good work. Quickly and smoothly, they removed the old and broken parts. Then they put in new glass panels for my patio door and its matching (but non-moving) panel. I am thrilled! Brandon even adjusted the door to make it fit better. These guys are the best.
