BMC auto rental is a good place to go. They handled all my questions and needs Perfectly, they got me into the exact car that I wanted and answered all needs. I’d definitely recommend them over someone like enterprise, Enterprise is a huge corporation that has so much going on. They kind of push you to the side but definitely want your money. BMC is the place to go.

They did absolutely awesome 👌 only reason for 4 stars is because I requested a larger vehicle and was told they would contact me when one was available but never did. We are a family of 5 and had to make due with a small kia car for 10 days.

I can't say thank you enough for making this so smooth. My accident threw me for a loop and my rental was waiting for me at Florence Auto Body when I pulled up. An employee of BMC showed up a few minutes later and answered all of my questions, had me sign and I was on my way. On return of my vehicle, I pulled up and it went much the same. I was able to leave the rental on the lot and switch to my vehicle and drive away. An employee showed up later to pick up the rental. The rental car was so clean inside and out that it looked brand new. AC worked amazing in these temps. I had 0 issues with the car. Even though insurance paid all costs for my rental, given how smooth this all worked out you have gained a customer for all of my future car rentals. Thanks for making my day better after my car accident.

Awesome customer service from the time I called and made the reservation to the time I picked up my rental. Staff were very friendly and even walked around the car with you to go over any marks they see before you take the rental. Then showed my were the drop box was since I was dropping off the car on a Sunday, which they are closed.
The only down fall I had with my rental is the stale cigarettes smell in the car. When I got back home I hugged my husband and he instantly could smell the cigarettes. I could smell the cigarette as soon as I got in the car the first time. I should have refused to rent the car but I was leaving that day and didn’t have time to wait. When you are not a smoker it is embarrassing to think that people smelled that on me all weekend. It is sad that past customers have no respect for rentals and future renters. Especially, when there are two stickers on the windshield and on the keys stating no smoking.
But with that said I would definitely rent from BMC again. Especially because of the services and cost of a rental. We are triple A owners and do not get this great of a deal with our discount from them. I will just make sure to give myself plenty of time to make sure it doesn’t smell like smoke.

BMC Auto Rental here in Florence Kentucky was awesome to do business with. They have great employees (I believe a gentleman named Matt) who took great care of me from start to finish. The rental was in immaculate condition and the price was super affordable. Their location (inside Tom Gill Chevrolet) was also very convenient. If I need a rental in the future I will definitely use BMC again.

These guys are awesome!!! Best price in town! My experience with BMC was 10 out of 10! Very efficient and clean car. I will be using them from now on out. Thanks BMC for making my trips a whole lot easier!!!
