Ria Underwood is AMAZING! My daughter wanted her hair colored last minute night before school. I put down that she just needed a full color but when we got there the amount of her hair and how thick it was she needed much more. Ria stayed and finished her hair and it was gorgeous! She stayed way later than she had down for my daughter, which was so appreciated! She made my 13 yr old feel so good and confident going into the first day of 8th grade the next day!

I am not sure about the entire salon, however, do not go to Halie Snyder to get your hair done. After she ruined my hair & had it five different colors, w/ extensions that were pulling on my head, I had to go someplace to get it redone. The owner was also was trying to take days to figure the situation out after I had already sent her many screenshots of the damage done to my hair. I had tried communicating with the stylist that my hair was a mess, she kept saying, “we will do a toner”. A toner absolutely would not fix this mess, it would just mask it like it did from the beginning. Then she decided to block me. The owner finally tries to respond after days of ignoring the issue, then she so conveniently responds after I decided to make a Facebook post. I attempted to dispute the charge because why not. Though, I did not win. Taking peoples money & not fixing the problem is being a crooked business. After I made my post at least 9 other people had reached out to me on how she also messed up their hair & how they go to someone else now. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I asked for a root melt & blend & below is what I got. This picture is the extension grow out of 2 weeks. Pictures do not lie… this service was $440. My head is still hurting & itching from her extension install. & to the color room, I do not care about what kind of reply or feedback you have to give. Nothing about this situation is right & you guys know it. & I can post proof of everyone else’s text on how she also messed their hair up also.

I’ve been coming to this salon for nearly 8 years, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. My stylist, Lydia Schwartz, is incredibly talented. Not only does she execute beautiful color work, extensions, cuts, and corrections, but she always takes the time to explain the process and educate me on how to keep my hair healthy long-term. I’ve gone through many hair transformations with her, and I’ve always felt confident and well cared for.
The atmosphere in the salon is professional yet friendly. The entire staff is welcoming, and the space is consistently clean and comfortable. It’s clear that everyone takes pride in their work, and that kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference. Whether I’m coming in for a full balayage or just a trim, I always leave feeling refreshed and confident.
Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for expert care, honest guidance, and gorgeous results!

I have been going to The Color Room religiously for years and have had an exceptional experience each and every time! Lydia and the salon always take wonderful care of me and my ever changing hair styles and color needs. The salon itself is gorgeous and the atmosphere is *chefs kiss*. I’ve sat in Lydia’s chair on days when there are only two or three other stylists and other times when the salon is poppin’ with most chairs full yet it NEVER feels too overstimulating, too loud, or too fast paced. While Lydia is my go to gal, all the girls there are sweet as can be and I love the team culture I witness. “That looks amazing”, “that turned out so great!”, “how’s your family member doing”, and “can I get your opinion on this” are common phrases I hear frequently between stylists and it truely makes my experience so much more enjoyable. 100/10 recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I initially booked my appointment for Wednesday, but two days later they called to reschedule it to Tuesday due to a scheduling error on their end. I adjusted my work schedule, took the day off, and drove an hour from Loveland to Florence — only to be told by Lydia that she didn’t have enough time to do my partial highlights because they only scheduled me for 2 hours.
No one asked me about my hair or what services I wanted when I first booked. The only thing they made sure to mention was that I’d be charged if I canceled within 24 hours — yet they themselves made a scheduling mistake and left me with very limited options. Lydia was kind and did her best to help with what little time she had, and I don’t blame her at all — this was clearly a failure on the part of the salon’s front desk and management.
Overall, I felt that my time and effort weren’t valued. I left without the service I took time off and traveled for. Extremely unprofessional handling, and I expected better.
Updated after salon reply: No, your front desk did not ask what service I wanted in detail when I called. They booked me for a partial highlight without asking anything about my hair length, condition, or what I was hoping to achieve. When I arrived, your stylist told me directly that I should have messaged her on Instagram to confirm the exact look and timing — and that this was a front desk error, not hers. She was the only one who took accountability and tried to help, even though it wasn’t her fault.
Let me clarify something: a face frame is a few highlights placed only around the front hairline, while a partial highlight includes a broader area — typically the crown and sides of the head. Your stylist made it clear that she didn’t have enough time to do a proper partial highlight and told me that I wouldn’t be happy with just the face frame. So yes, I declined, because I wasn’t going to pay for a rushed or incomplete result.
Your team gave me no apology, no alternative, and zero care after I took time off work and drove an hour to get there. You enforce a cancellation policy on clients, yet offer no accountability when the mistake is yours — and that’s the real issue here.
I’ve never experienced such poor communication and lack of professionalism in any salon before. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful service.

I came here about 1-2 months ago... and I'm still upset with the outcome of my hair. I didn't get what I wanted, at all. My style was wrong, the color of my hair was wrong, and even my eyebrow wax was messed up. I got my appointment dates mixed up, and came early. I was perfectly fine coming back another day but they insisted someone could help me. My hair is super thick so I agreed.. they didn't even ask if the lady was able to do my hair they just volunteered her, and said she'd do it. She was super nice and I loved her personality. But because she had clients coming in I could tell she was rushing. So unfortunately my end result wasn't what I wanted. I'll leave pics showing what I wanted the color to be verse what I got. And she warned me the color would wash out OVER TIME. It washed out after TWO washes!!!!!!!! My hair was still to thick, and my bangs not short enough. I didn't fully get the style I wanted either. (And a different person did my eyebrows). I paid way to much for this to be my end results.

Ria did an amazing job on my hair! I initially went into my first appointment hesitant to do too many blonde highlights and she gave me exactly what I asked for! 2 weeks later, I got bold and booked a 2nd appointment with her for more blonde! She’s on point, the highlights are beautiful. I consider myself a tougher client in terms of the amount of hair I have! Ria has a fantastic attitude. 10 total hours with me and she was bubbly, charismatic and so friendly the entire time. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of being seen by Jamie. She was wonderful. She listened to my story of what I wanted. She wouldn't let me see till my hair was dry lol. When she turned me around I almost cried ! I love the color of my hair!!! Thanks so much Jamie🤩
