It was great visiting this place for watch battery replacement. Issac was amazing and very professional. Just took less than 5 minutes to get our 2 watches back to life with a smile. Highly recommended.

A big thank you goes out to Candace, the store manager, for helping me with three different style watches. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and knowledge in repairing my watches. Candace was approachable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend visiting Dakota when Candace is around!

Eastgate is only open 1 day a week now so I drove to Florence which had posted hours on line. When I got there no one was there and they had an hour lunch posted

I had quite a number of watches I brought to the Florence location to have batteries replaced and the GM (Steven) Was really professional and even explained everything he was doing (to me) while he was servicing them. I went back in to get more of my watches serviced (I had 15 that needed done) but no one was there. People at Kay said he quit or something.. what did you guys do to make him leave? He was awesome. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

Stopped by Florence Mall kiosk on Monday. Sign stated would be open on Tuesday from 1:00 until 7:00. At 1:00 I, plus three other customers showed up. At 1:40 we all gave up. You lost business and we lost patience! What a way to run a business

Went to get a watch battery replaced it said that they were open even had a sign on their counter saying that they're open but there was no one there I asked around at the other stores that were close by if anyone had came in today and they said no they hardly ever even come in and open
