This review is by no means a reflection on ANY of the employees, staff, or technicians or it's shipping service. They are great, but I am speaking about the Fed Ex self printer service, which is defective. It cannot print PDFs, and I understand there are limitations, but it also cannot sign into school or work accounts to retrieve files. I highly recommend bringing a USB to print here.

I had to send my computer screen in for repair (pixel issue when turned on, no physical damage). I had FedEx pack and ship it for me from this location. It arrived at the repair center completely shattered!! Filing a claim now. I'm looking into it and it turns out I could have packed it myself and shipped for 50% less through UPS! $200 for a screen is apparently an obscene amount according to two other friends who ship a lot of electronics.

We had an urgent need to order a sign at the last minute and called the FedEx Turfway Road location in Florence KY. Thankfully, Kerry answered for customer service and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful, walked us through the process and made it happen for us even though it was a big rush. When I went to pick up my sign, it was perfect. Everyone there was very friendly, nice and helpful. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

I paid a visit to my local post office (Florence) with an oversized, bulky item which I needed to ship. As usual, the postal workers were not of any help and one employee was just plain rude.
I decided to take my business across the street to FedEx Office where I explained what just happened at the post office.
Eddie and Chad were very understanding and very accommodating to my needs. They didn't have me sitting in the floor searching for the appropriate size shipping box and packing materials. Instead, they located an appropriate sized box and secured my item with a significant amount of bubble wrap to ensure my package would arrive safe!
10/10 highly recommended!!

The little fella there is is rude as hell. Acted like it was a bother to get up and scan a package then mouthed off. I'm sorry a roll of tape is heavy. Sorry to help a paying customer and you had to put down your phone. I'll definitely go to another location.

Matt was such a great help! From holding the door , helping remove boxes from the car and shipping them out. Such great service. I enjoy going to this specific location because the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The week before I was y by Chad and another lovely lady. They all made my experience very pleasant and exceeded my expectations.

Fedex driver parked so close to my car I could not get into it and took 30 mins to load up packages so blocking me out of my car and making me late rude and disrespectful I will make sure to never use fedex If I can avoid it and I recommend you do the same

The blond woman who works here in the day is rude, snippy and unprofessional. She kept sniggering under her breath to her coworker in regards of me while I was waiting for my emails to be sent since not everyone feels comfortable doing the self serve option. Avoid this place when she is present otherwise great store.

I’m a bit peaved they’ve been closing early recently (whoever owns this place needs to raise pay so it can be properly staffed) but they’re pretty on the ball and friendly every time I ship with them. And I spend a ton of money shipping with this store exclusively.
