I went in on Sunday August 31st midday to get my haircut. I had such a bad experience, the lady was very unpatient with me, and what started out as a treat to myself on my day off ended with me leaving crying embarrassed, I wanted to have my hair shampooed and cut and have the beautician show me how to fix it. I was never even given an opportunity to tell her I wanted my hair washed I showed her a couple pictures of what I liked and then she just started cutting on my hair and in the end she didn't even touch the length and when I told her I didn't realize that she was finished and I was reached my arms up to look at the back and and feel that she hasn't cut it she said I was throwing stuff and then I said I don't even have anything to throw and she said where you were swinging your arms around I said I reached up and touched my hair the lady was just something I've never experienced getting my hair cut before I will never be back. I realize I probably should have shared with the lady that cut my hair, the fact that I'm on the spectrum. I tried to tell her that I really couldn't say I was happy with it because I needed to go home and wash it and fix it and she was just like insistent on I have to say it's okay and oh my goodness I will never go back. I hope no one else has an experience like that there.

I would recommend Great Clips. They cut your hair as you request. As they are cutting your hair they make sure it's what you are wanting. They also make suggestions. I like getting their input on hair cuts. The suggestions she made were good. I went with what she suggested and was very happy when I left.

I have been going to this place for years. I have had several people cut my hair over the years and I have no complaints. They save the style of cut you like so you can get the same cut every year.

Showed up to get my hair cut like usual. I’ve never been to this great clips but the one I normally went to showed a 2 hour wait on the app. So I thought I’d try my luck here since its wait was shorter. Upon arriving everyone was on break except one stylist, eventually everyone came back inside and I got literally the fastest haircut known to man. I don’t buzz my hair, but I was given about a 5 minute men’s haircut. That’s with the shaping clean up an everything. While they were cutting my hair the stylists were talking about their coworkers getting fired, as a customer service worker I feel like if you do gossip maybe do it when the customers aren’t literally right in front of your face. The haircut I received went way over my natural part, allowing my hair to stand up in unnatural ways and not be able to be styled correctly to even save it. Was told multiple times, about 6-8 that they warrant the hair cuts and will try to fix it (she knew she rushed and ruined my haircut even when there was literally no one in line behind me or in the waiting room.) The only way you could even fix my hair after this visit is to buzz it. I’ll grow it out and after a few weeks I’ll take my business elsewhere forever.

Simple #1 on the side now got a few spot that I had to blend in. Nice people just not the place for a mens cut apparently. Didn't bother to even clean up after the cut.

I wouldn't take your child especially to the location by petsmart in florence ky. The stylist that has short purple hair has no patience with kids and is very rude and did a terrible job on my 5 yr.old grandsons hair and when he would try and talk to her she just ignored him.

I was left speechless by the cut and styling that Dee gave me. I LOVE IT! She took a lion's mane and turned into a chic bob that honestly transformed not only my appearance, but my attitude. I was stunned!! Cannot say enough good things about the quality of the people or the outcome.
