Went to this car wash at 12:48 pm Friday afternoon! First time at this location ! Greeted by a very professional young man ! Impressed with his customer service skills ! Great presentation on car wash promotion! OTHER guy at wash bay very friendly ! Got pick two wash !
Our Honda crv came out shining!
Will return. Quick in and out easily !!

I love this location but my van was not clean after going through. When i got home i realized that the back window was still dirty to the point I could see where my daughter drew a heart in the dirt pre-wash. Disappointed.

Carwash blew off roof antenna. Mike's carwash has video showing where in the process antenna blew off car. The complaints department refused to reimburse/fix the antenna. Complaint department said this make of car has had issues with antennas. In other words not their problem. Do not waste your time going to this carwash.

The Vacuum at the end is way too strong, it ripped the shark antenna right off the top of the roof on my sons car and today on my car it ripped off the roof drip molding. luckily I saw it and was able to get it back. For $ 29 it is literally a ripoff (pun intended) I will not go back to this location

DO NOT GO, CHECK YOUR VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY AFTER FOR DAMAGE. Bought a month of unlimited premium + ceramic thinking my experience here would be the same as others. First time I went through, the guy hosing the cars off sprayed my truck for .03 seconds. I noticed a couple of paint chips/scratches on my truck once I was home after the wash. After spending the money on a months worth, I convinced myself that the car wash had just washed away dirt that was covering them. Second time I went through was 02/25. I walked out to my truck for work on 02/26 and my fog lights were gone. this car wash has done more damage to my truck then it has cleaned it. not to mention the countless water and soap spots all over after both washes.

Took my car to the “new’ Mike’s on 42. After one wash it still had soap dried on it, so I took it back and they rewashed it. Literally NO water came out the second time, just straight soap. I got back in line and they asked if I needed it washed again, and explained they are still working out some kinks with the “eyes” (this was from a general manager). Three washes and $19 later it still looks terrible — they said they have towels and could wipe it down for me. Offered no refund or any discount. Will never be back to this location again.

Went in for a wash, machine stopped functioning and left my car full of suds. The GM just waved me good bye. Went to the florence location and that place is backed up. Fed up with this company. I'm seriously thinking about canceling both my vehicles

I will never go back
I had the free ceramic wash coupon.
My tires had no cleaner on them.
My back window had so many water spots on it i had to clean it when I got home alone with many spots on my windshield.
When I got to the ceramic spray
The light flashed saying it wad being applied but nothing was being sprayer on my truck. I will never go again and will tell all my friends to avoid 42s location
They were not very smart buying that location. No room for vacuuming . They should sell to Mcdonald s for more parking

Terrible job! We’ve been here a few times thinking all new businesses have to iron out the issues when they first open. But it has not improved and the cars always come out smeared and with dirty spots, not dried all the way…today they had one person outside working and a line of cars backed up. Very slow process. Bring back the rocket wash. Those guys did a great job.

Decent job but bring a towel because it never gets dried all the way !! I only come here when it's very cold out. BTW it's Florence not Union like website says hmmmm

This wash is slow and too new. One guy working line with no signs explaining to customers the various options. He had to stop at every car and explain all the options. He even had to go inside multiple times to get pamphlets. Might want to wait until they are more set up before venturing. Otherwise, good car wash.

It’s new and was tuned over very quickly, so I know they have a lot to sort out. I got an Ultimate + Ceramic. My wheels look like they were cleaned, but not by the wheel bright at other Mike’s I’ve visited. The kid working the entrance to the wash gave a half-effort blast to my windshield and was done. The space is tight, so you better be committed to getting your car washed. I’ll be curious to see how warmer months work out with the vacuums. They are in a weird spot and you could get boxed in on a busy day.
