Bill McCoy insurance is awesome. We moved to Kentucky from out of state and called 7 insurance companies to get our house and vehicles insured. At best 4 called back and wouldn’t even bothered. Bill McCoy was the only one that took time to talk to us. Along the years they frequently reviewed our policies and found discounts to get our insurance premiums lowered. Here 20+ years later they still deliver personal touch that I doubt any other insurance companies can provide. Heather, Demalynn, and the rest of the staff, you all do outstanding job.

I have been a client with Bill McCoy Insurance for 42 years. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism for these many years now. Never had any issues and they always provide excellent service and advice. Heather and Bill have been wonderful friends to work with as well as providing valuable services for my insurance needs and questions. Very nice people. Let our dogs in out of the heat while we got a quote. When I came back to start the policy they were able to take me in without an appointment. They also found a very good and affordable policy

Mr McCoy and Heather were recommended by a friend. I am *very* pleased with Heather's work! She found an excellent car policy that lowered my car insurance several hundred dollars per year. I bundled my car insurance with my homeowner's insurance and I'm very pleased with that policy.For decades, I insured with an online behemoth.
