If I could give a 0 I would bc my dog was really sick and I had taken her there and they told me they couldn’t take her and on my way to another vet she passed away they knew she was sick and didn’t take her they was very disrespectful and shut the door in my face

I normally never leave reviews on anything because i think it’s pointless and majority of the time it’s just people complaining about something they could have prevented. I dropped my cat Binx off at the humane society for his neuter appointment and when i got back home with him i took him out of his backpack, only to find the entire bottom half of his body was soaked in piss. this is NOT normal after an appointment. These people knew he was covered in piss too because all they did was put a wet pad in the bottom of his backpack(which obviously soaked through) i even called when i got home trying to figure out why my cat was covered in piss and the woman on the phone couldn’t even give me an answer. Binx now has to sit around smelling like piss until he is fully recovered because we obviously can’t just put him in a bath with his incision line still healing. Learn from my own mistake, just because they are giving free services doesn’t mean you should really go for it.

Got my cat neutered today. Submitted a form via email and was contacted a few weeks later (to be expected and was clearly stated it would take awhile). After I was contacted, my cats appointment was the very next day. PERFECT. All representatives I encountered during the process were nice and very clear of what to expect post-surgery. What a wonderful place. Thank you!

I picked up a new puppy from the shelter I was lost the shelter closes at 5:00 I was very lost one of the women there came back at 5:30 just to give me my puppy the personality of the people that work there are amazing they are so friendly they help you as much as they can the shelter is beautiful it doesn't even look smell like a animal facility I would recommend going there to rescue a puppy I love my puppy and the prices are great the ladies there are amazing

Fourth of July weekend I adopted a two month old baby calico kitten. The staff was friendly and very assisting. They had a lot of kittens to choose. Camry was neutered, shots were up to date, and she was not skittish. Today she is triple in size, acrobatic, and runs the house.

HORRIBLE customer service. The woman at the desk was extremely rude the second we stepped through the doors. She had short gray hair and looked to be in her 60s-70s, I wish I had gotten her name. We arrived at 4:36, TWENTY FOUR minutes before closing. When we walked in, we expressed that we were interested in looking at the cats, she interrupts my father and abruptly tells us the building is closing soon. We state that we are aware, and want to get a quick look and some adoption papers. We have jobs and lives, this was the absolute soonest we could get here...a little grace would have been nice. She turns to my younger sister, who is carrying our family bearded dragon, Clover. She gives a disgusted face and says,"and what's the deal with THIS thing". We explained he won't be near the cats, we just couldn't leave him alone in the car while we were inside. Apparently she's only an "animal lover" when its cute and fluffy. She proceeds to give us this disgusted judgmental look and block the entryway to the cats. She follows us around like we're criminals, any cat we're interested in "Nope, you can't have that one". Like...why show us those cats if they aren't available? Waste of time. We proceed to the cat room where we meet some lovely adult cats, we start to head out around 4:50, when we ask some questions about the adoption process. Without answering our questions, she abruptly cuts us off and says that she doesn't do adoptions after 4:30, which is understandable. However, her tone was just disrespectful. We are genuinely interested in giving a cat a good and loving home, we've rescued animals ranging from frogs and lizards to cats and dogs. To be greeted with such disrespect and continuously interrupted with rude and snide comments is just disgusting. I don't see why anyone would want to adopt an animal after being greeted as such by the staff, no wonder there are so many cats without homes! Just awful behavior coming from a grown woman. I've seen several reviews regarding her and it's clear that she's an issue. For the sake of the animals and your customers, either get her some behavior adjustment therapy or get her out of customer service. Truly disappointed.

I would give them ZERO stars! Maybe they’re great for some people, but the woman who picked up the phone … EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I was looking to get my dog spayed and she said the appointments are 10 months out and I’d be put on a very long wait list. My sister-in-law just got her cats spayed not long ago WITHOUT waiting months in advanced!! I so wish I had gotten this woman’s name. She does not need a job in customer service. Super sassy, grumpy, had no desire in working with me … Never again will I be contacting these people.

The new facility is wonderful! I remember visiting the old “pound” down by the river 60 years ago, then going to the one they built after that, also by the river, and this new place is like Heaven by comparison!
