I stay at this hotel every time I fly out of CVG. It's so close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. Also, if you stay with points, there is no charge for parking for up to two weeks.

Marriott prices, Townplace experience
One of the worst Marriott experiences ever. Booked for a 4 night stay and the hotel doesn’t even come and clean the room/make your bed every day.
After a long day of work all you need is a well made bed but was surprised to see a messy room where even the plates/garbage weren’t taken out from the night before.
Talked to the front desk and apparently they clean “Every other day” only unless you tell them to clean daily.
They don’t even replenish the toiletries.
Asked them to clean and make the beds every day, but came back to an uncleaned room again.
This hotel doesn’t deserve to be a Marriott and should be a Townplace or a Courtyard or something even lower. I’ve had better services almost at every other Marriott chain hotel I’ve stayed at.
This hotel screams that it is a franchise. Not worthy of the Marriott brand.
Not recommended at all.

Easily one of the worst Hotels I've ever stayed at !! Advertised as handicap accessible, Slippery bathtub, no handrail ( as advertised ) Toilet leaking ( major leak )Key cards didn't work multiple times, Used the house phone to call the front door ( Didn't answer ) Had to walk to the desk, New cards didn't work, My wife and I are both handicapped, Almost an average room, I've stayed at much better rooms for half the price, Will not stay at another of the Marriott properties again !! And we had room service, Absolutely the worst overpriced Frozen dinners known to man !! How hard is it to screw up a Hamburger ? White Castle is probably better !!

We went to the restaurant and did not stay at the hotel. The service was good and so was the food. Naturally, it was pricey but good.

Big shout out to Raini (I hope that's how her name is spelled) who helped me for more than 40 mins with my reservation. The booking site that I went through must not have sent Marriot my reservation because it wasn't showing up. Instead of Raini shooing me off & telling me that it was nothing she could do, she kept wrkn on my reservation & got me my room. Even though it was prom night & busy as ever. She didnt leave me stranded & stayed pleasant & kept a smile on throughout the process. She displayed professionalism, patience, determination, adaptability and a no quit attitude! Whenever I'm in town & need a room, Marriott has NY business simply because of her!!! Raini is the absolute best!!

The Marriott was a great stay. The only thing I was s surprise was the Hotel did not include breakfast. Most of Marriott hotel would include breaskfast. Not sure if I would recommend this location.

While I didn't stay overnight, I was at this hotel most of the weekend for a conference, and I was very impressed with the staff. Ron at the cash bar was great to talk to, and the waitstaff in the restaurant were very friendly.

First class hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They were really helpful getting me to the airport way early in the morning. Decent restaurant bar combo. Only drawback is you aren't close to anything if you are walking.

Didn't stay here but attended a conference and booked a meeting room myself. Excellent location, great catering and very friendly staff.

They have done a nice job of keeping the property clean and updated. Tyler at the front desk was very accommodating! Nice job. As was the lady managing the shuttles. Great coffee in the morning and very nice restaurant staff as well. Always enjoy staying here.
