Who does not love a sandwich, there’s a lot of places out there that do sub sandwiches and they do every variety you can think of. Penn station is not that place, they do what they do and they do it very well. The bread there is different than any place else, it has a soft chewiness that really works well with the sandwiches. Sometimes it’s hard to break away from what you love. And when you go there you’re going to love the steak and cheese, you can add whatever you want to it and it’s going to just make it that much better. Although it is hard to break away, this time we did. We went with a cold sub, that was great and also the Ruben which did not disappoint. But if you’re going there for the first time two things to remember the fries are great, and plenty to share. And try the Philly cheesesteak.

Will be ordering here for dine in today and will update experience. Ordering the dagwood turkey east coast style and a philly cheese steak. Reading other reviews im not expecting much but we shall see. Lets hope I receive yummy sandwiches, hot subs, fresh fries. Be back soon for pictures and updates

I ordered food for delivery, they took the order then 20 min later they canceled it saying they were closed... an hour before the store actually closed.

Great sandwich place. A bunch of cold and hot options, and three different sizes.We got two sandwiches and fries. Both sandwiches were delicious and well-prepared. Also got fries - we asked for them to be extra crispy, and they were!The staff were awesome. The manager welcomed us and helped us with the menu when we asked some questions. The cook brought out our food and was very cheerful.

Great place to eat. Food is always good and they make it quick. Service is always outstanding and they always try to know your name and remember your order if you come in regularly. Would definitely recommend eating here.

Penn Station is my favorite sandwich shop. We stopped here on our way through town expecting the same great experience we usually get. We left extremely disappointed. It was basically a hangout for employees and their friends. As the man took my order he continued talking to his friend across the store and I had to repeat myself multiple times because he wasn’t listening to me placing my order. I waited about 20 minutes then walked up to the register to hopefully pass on that I am getting impatient. After standing there for a few minutes they said they were going to drop fresh fries for me! After a few more minutes I asked if I could go ahead and pay as I told them I had already been there for 25 minutes. I have a lot of patience for businesses now a days being low on staff. But there were three employees and I was the ONLY customer there! My hope isn’t that you read this review and don’t visit this business but that a manager sees this review and hopefully passes knowledge down to employees on customer service or just being respectful human beings.

Upon arrival I noticed how clean the store was and also that all employees handling food were wearing gloves. I waited eight mins but the wait was well worth the wait&the staff was friendly and very helpful helping me choose the sandwich I wanted.it hasn't tasted this good in a long time and I will defiantly be back??

Ordered 'The Cheesesteak' sandwich, which was a $12 sandwich. What I was served was a pathetic excuse for a sandwich, let alone a $12 one.Naturally, I asked for a refund.Philip (The General Manager) happened to be in store and helped me with my refund. This particular individual was a little abrasive and rude when serving an unhappy customer.Unless you're used to having garbage served to you on bread, I would recommend going to Subway or another sandwich establishment. You will get more for your money there.

Maybe I came here on a bad day or something. Normally very good but not today. Was told 15 minutes on the phone. It took well over a half hour AFTER I arrived to pick my order up. Come to find out, while the staff was standing around griping at each other and bullabout whatever, my food was sitting there just waiting.

I mentioned how the younger than me crew stayed working the entire time I was eating. Proud of them. They was focused and did an amazing job. Great job guys
