Absolutely ridiculous!! Called regarding a fraud charge...fraud department says I don't exist but customer service finds my account just fine. I thought I was finished with them after closing accounts over a year ago...a credit card was out there somewhere. On the phone 50 minutes with 5 different people and then they hung up on me!! NEVER use 5/3!!

Do not do my advance go to check smart or something I have bills to pay I borrow for a reason they took the money but now I can't borrow for 30 days time to change banks I don't need to get paid 2 days early Alexandra is the worst branch time to switch fith 3rd better what a joke

Their ATM has the option of tapping your card but does not actually work. Great job 5/3 some how you have managed to do a 5/3 worse. Small businesses do it better than the bank we use. Very disappointing!

Very professional quick service. The ATM is at the first drive thru and makes it very tight to get a truck thru.

HORRIBLE MORTGAGE DEPARTMENT! Do not go through 5/3 to purchase a home. We are first time home buyers and had a TERRIBLE experience with this branch and 5/3 in general. They doubled our closing cost the day of closing, without informing us beforehand, then no one could explain as to why it was doubled. Since it was the 45th day, we HAD to sign. SO we went above the branch level and tried to get a better understanding, and even that person couldn't explain it to us. To add on to it, we started to work through mortgage customer care and even she couldn't get us a good explanation. In all, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME…. they just want your money and will do anything to get it.

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. They screwed up so bad with my account. It was the same teller both times and she should not be allowed to work there. I will never be going there again.
