Stopped by on Thursday and had to order four Goodyear tires, and made an appointment for Saturday morning. Showed up for appointment and was told their tire machine was moved to another location and they could not do tires. They called the other location at 3016 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40205 and they would not guarantee that we would be helped today. No offer to make the situation correct. We ordered tires, scheduled appointment, and this location and Gardiner Lane Shopping Center location did nothing to assure that we would get tires today. Very disappointed in both locations for not providing the service expected. Would give no stars if allowed.

We always have an awesome experience with these folks. We do all of our repairs, service work and especially tires. Highly recommend.

Brought my car here and was forced to create an account with them or they would not release my car. They also screwed over my daughter in law because they were unable to take off her tire and they insisted she go to the dealer. Absolute crooks NEVER GO HERE

I always get fast and friendly service when I visit Goodyear in Cobourg. I can always get an appointment that fits my schedule even on short notice. I am very pleased with the staff and service and their prices beat any dealership that I have dealt with. Very fair, respectful and accommodating. I highly recommend this locally owned business for any vehicle

I needed a plastic panel reattached to the bottom of my car. The guys at Goodyear got me in and fixed my car. They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

My mom hit a boulder with her tire, and I called this service center to get a replacement. When she purchased the tires originally, she paid for road hazard. When we asked about the road hazard, the store manager became irate and said we weren't getting road hazard because my mom attempted to fix the tire with Fix-A-Flat. I called the warranty company myself, and they said because the sidewall was damaged they would honor the road hazard. The manager then called the road hazard company and started telling them the tire was cut with a knife (?). Obviously we disputed this with Goodyear corporate. They instructed us to take the old tire to another Goodyear store and let them check it out. When my mother arrived to pick up her car and the old tire, he told her either she could pay $113 now and they keep the old tire or she pays $275 and she gets to take it to another Goodyear. Essentially he was charging her $162 to have a second opinion. All because he didn't want to honor the warranty. TL/DR: Store manager didn't want to honor a road hazard claim. Got mad we went to the warranty company ourselves, made up a lie about it being cut to retaliate. Tried to rob us of $162 to take it somewhere else.

Great service! While on vacation my Jeep Grand Cherokee noticed a slight but very annoying shake over 70 mph. (I live in the Rockies where I almost never go more than 50 mph). I called one morning, explained the issue and they got me in later that day. After cleaning dirt built up on the inside of the wheels existing balances were way off. Right away they found and showed me where there was bad wear and parts of a cord showing thru the edge of a tread. Due to uneven wear on all tires I elected to buy new tires, which they had in stock even though they were an unusual size; 265/50R20s. Back on the road everything was rock solid. I couldn't be happier.

I purchased Goodyear tires and a road hazard warranty for the quality and what I believed would be top notch service. I arrived at 4:00 pm to have a flat fixed. They close at 6:00 pm. I was told they could not fix the flat and would have to return on a different day. They were uncaring and unhelpful. So much for quality and service. Shop elsewhere.

This place is absurd. Made an appointment and over an hour later they take my vehicle back. When I scheduled my appointment, I told the person on the phone the issues I was having. After waiting an hour and a half, the manager came out and told me that they could only handle one of the three items that I scheduled my appointment for to begin with. I was informed that I hadn't told him on the phone what I needed, which I had. The most important issue wouldn't be addressed because they didn't have time. Apparently other customer's "appointments" and time matters but my does not. Horrendous leadership at this location leads to horrendous service. You're time doesn't matter to them so neither should your money.

Walked in and waited 10 minutes to be helped at an empty desk. Had a screw in my Lincoln MKZs new Goodyear tires, me and my wife hoped to have it fixed, but they immediately said can you leave it? I said no it's our only car my wife being disabled she doesn't drive, they looked at me and said they couldn't do it, too busy to even let us wait on it. Terrible way to treat a customer that's about to be stranded by a fast leak. Went down the road to Ken Towery's and they were so friendly and glad to help even though they had more customers than Goodyear. Also that Goodyear tire location gets their tires from Ken Towery's anyway, save yourself some trouble and go straight to Ken Towery's.

Excellent service and quick to help. Many types of tire and wheel items. Close to several shops and stores. Location in the center of Jeffersontown close to several shops and restaurants. Get your car serviced here for reasonable price items for the road. Come on over and get er done.

Do not schedule your appointment online. You must call into the store. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and they did not have the tires in stock. I left the store, with no new tires, and no recommendation from them as to what I should do. Customer service at the store was terrible. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
