I have a Ford Fusion that has had two recalls. Instead of me having to make an appointment and sit around and wait in a lobby, or finding a ride or another vehicle, Tri-County came to ME! This was GREAT! I didn't have to take off of work and this was a huge bonus. Thank you for implementing a service that has the customer in mind.

Was very helpful in going over options for car and extended warranty. Was very disappointed in lack of tire options with selected options. Wanted an all season tire rather than a summer tire. That should be customer choice.

I recently purchased a used Ford F-150 from them. I can honestly say it was an easy and really great experience. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions and took care of any concern that I had with the purchase. We all agreed on a good buying price and it was a seamless process from start to finish. If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I would start your search at Tri-County Ford. When you stop by, ask for Josh B, he will hook you right up and treat you the right way.

We’ve bought multiple cars, had a car repaired after a collision with a deer, and use the service department at Tri County Ford. The service is great and professional. Most recently we needed a new car and worked with Josh Betz. He was helpful, not pushy, answered all my questions about the engine and features of the vehicle we bought and even helped me get my car seat loaded in because I had my 2 year old with me when I needed to test drive. Tri County Ford is my family’s go-to for all of our car needs and it should be yours, too!

Took my car in for a recall. Got the car back with cigarette ashes everywhere (I dont smoke) the rear seat foot area filled with stuff from the techs shoes, finger prints all over the window seal and the door panel not fully put together (its also now missing the piece that hides a bolt). When I lived in Louisville I always went to Bill Collins Ford off of Bardstown Rd for services and they would wash the car and make sure it was clean when returned.Have been considering getting another car since my Focus is now 10 years old but it wont be from Tri County, Ill go to Bill Collins. The only positive thing to say is that I had my car back in 2 days. Not to mention a bunch of sales people hanging outside "play" fighting in front of the store. Real professional guys....Id give 1 star but again, they were able to get me my car back in the time they stated (2 days).

My husband just got a car from them. Luckily it was the one he wanted because the car salesman (Josh) was super unprofessional and had been quiet annoying to deal with. Don't reach out to customers calling them, "bud" and asking a million times when they're going to show up. They couldn't take a cent off the asking price then they didn't even put a full tank worth of gas in the vehicle. I have never purchased a vehicle & then had to put gas in it! Not to thrilled with the buying process and professionalism.

I don't enjoy shopping for cars. I don't particularly enjoy buying them, either. My 2010 Milan, a great little car, had accumulated a lot of miles, and it was time to replace it.Labor Day weekend, while already depressed about the end of summer, I started internet shopping in earnest. I traditionally buy used, and pay cash. I've rented Ford Edges for three long trips, love them, and so was looking at those, and at Toyota Highlanders, because I have one of those and they are generally great vehicles. On Monday I had narrowed my search to two vehicles. Tri-County Ford is about 3 minutes from my house. A very good friend of mine works there, and another very good friend of mine who owns a service station does a lot of business with Tri-County. So I know the dealership. On Labor Day weekend, car sales people are laboring at the dealership, I give points for that. I contacted my friend about the 2023 Edge I saw on the internet, she introduced me to Nathan Hall, a very nice and polite young man who was professional and seemed happy to be laboring on labor day. I spent about 3 minutes looking at the car, and 10 minutes discussing sale terms with Nathan, and getting a term sheet from him. In and out in less than 15 minutes, and the Edge was the deal to beat.I did my due diligence the next day, and drove the other vehicle I thought I might be interested in, a 2019 Toyota Highlander, which was at Carmax. The people there were very accommodating, and the car was what I expected from my experience with the Highlander. The difference maker on the whole thing was: shopping at Tri-County was like just sitting in my living room buying a car. Very low key. As seamless as a car purchase can be. I did luck into a spectacular buy, with the incentives Ford was offering at that moment, a Z-plan discount, and a discount Tri-County added because the car had been a demo. But had that deal not been there, I still prefer the experience I had at Tri-County from the moment Nathan first showed me the Edge, until I closed the transaction 3 days later. Absolutely no pressure, answers to all my questions, everything made sense. I'm a fan.

Great dealership, no pressure sales and provided the right level of detail during a test drive of a F-150 we were interested in. Our Sales Rep, Nathan was great throughout and we were in and out of the dealership including test drive in our new vehicle in a little more than 2 hours. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was top notch. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Tri County with Scott, nice, patient and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I feel like they were honest and fair and not every dealership offers that kind of service.

Being female and buying a car is always a difficult situation. Don't buy a car from here if you're a female. They will screw you. They sold me a car and I took it the very next morning to a mechanic. This mechanic did not charge me anything, nor is this mechanic doing any repair work on the vehicle. He is too backed up to do any new work, he merely inspected the vehicle for me. I was informed that the ball joint on the the CV axle is dangerously bad. He also said that the flywheel is likely cracked from the sound it's making. It could possibly be the torque converter but from the sound of it not likely. He couldn't tell for sure without getting into the transmission. He did say that somebody had recently been up there looking at it. He knew this because the oil pan seal was freshly replaced. So now I am stuck without a car because I can't find a mechanic that has the time to even do this work without waiting a week or two. I don't have a week or two to wait without a car. Of course I called Tri-County Ford and spoke to their sales manager Andy. He said that the vehicle passed their inspection and they weren't going to do anything about it. He even tried to tell me the mechanic was only out to make money. I never paid the mechanic any money. Nor is he doing any work on the car. I still have a car I can't drive because the wheel is going to fall off if the CV axle isn't replaced! Don't waste your money here. Find a better dealership .

I hate dealerships. I am so disappointed and angry right now. I bought my 2017 ford escape with 62,xxx miles about a month ago reason I went with tricounty is the lifetime power train warranty it came with. That experience was overall about as good as it gets when buying a car from a dealer. I took it in today for its 1st service oil change. Appointment was at 9. No problem dropped it off ran some errands with my family. Got a call at 12. The coolant flush was due. Recommended every 30k miles. It showed it had never been done on my car before. So they didn't perform all maintenance that was due before I bought it. I asked him how much was that and I was told about $178. So I had them do it even thought it should've already been done. I asked how long it would take. He said about 45 mins. So get back there about 12:45 so 45 mins later. It wasn't ready yet. So I sat down and waited and waited and waited. I got up asked about it about 1:45 explained called at 12 said it'd be about 45 mins and it's been an hour and 45 mins. She goes out it's ready they are pulling it around now. Get the bill go up to pay expecting 178 plus 50/60 for oil change around 250. The bill was 378. I'm busy I got things to do so I paid and drove home. Looked it over and was charged 280 for the flush 100 over quoted. If I have any more service visits like this I'll be selling the vehicle just so I don't have to deal with tricounty ford anymore.Update service manager called me same day from home while he was sick which I appreciate. Said I was accidentally over charged for the truck rate on the coolant flush. They are going to refund me Monday. So I went up to 3 stars. Maybe my thinking of all the service due before I bought the vehicle is above and beyond and not something that dealerships do. So I'm gonna keep it average for 3 stars. I'll do a new review when my next service comes due.

Things to know before you buy: The sale was made initially because the warranty for the used vehicle included the drive train as long as we own the car and get service done at Tri County. We didn't find out that the warranty began 90 days after we owned it, until we were signing the sale papers. We did not find out there was only one key fob until we were taking ownership, and was told the price of the second would be $230. After 2 weeks we offered to pay for half, which was $115, which we did. Dealership did not tell us that Sirius XM came with the car and the dealership never activated it. We'd had it for 2 1/2 months, and Sirius called us to renew. Sirius/XM activated the car radio but they wouldn't give us the free time we'd already missed. Windshield washer didn't work, which we didn't know until we needed to use them. One was actually broken. We had those repaired at our time and expense. It has been 4 month and I just notice that the mirrors are different colors (one white and one black. When we called Tri County to explain these problems, they did said they were sorry, but did not offer any help to repair or compensation.

The worst service department. After two decades of poor service, we only go there for a recall. Your vehicle will be returned often damaged. We will not buy another Ford after having several over the past several decades. This location in our area. If we have to travel outside of our area we will buy another brand.
